EXTREMELY disappointed by the lady who served me today. I usually order through doordash, a promotional bowl that's roughly $10 & then the driver fees etc, everything comes out to $20 or so. Today I decided to pick up the bowl, the lady serving me offered nan bread (which usually comes with the bowl when I order through doordash) I said sure & then she went to put it in the oven. I asked her when she returned if it was in fact included in the meal (if it wasn't, she should've specified it's an additional $X amount) & she said it wasn't. I told her I wasn't interested in taking it & she kept insisting that I do take it considering she had already put it in the oven... Somehow my meal came out to $21... I asked her how my meal cost more picking it up than when I order it through the app & she said that I didn't specify which size bowl I wanted therefore she gave me the larger one (which was the same amount of food as the promotional) I think she should've asked me which size bowl I wanted instead of assuming? Too much miscommunication, waste of money... I love the food but it's not worth paying so much more money. I do not work at Spicebros, I do not know what's an additional charge nor did I know about the different sizes & their price differences, I just wanted the promotional bowl that was on the door. She watched over me too as I paid to see if I was going to leave a tip... I did unfortunately...Voir plus
