Le service, la qualité, la quantité à cette succursale sont généralement très bien, par contre, si vous commander par TGTG, les portions sont moins intéressantes que d'autres succursales. J'ai commandé plusieurs fois par TGTG, ici, à St-Laurent & St-Léonard, c'est de loin de plus belles portions aux autres endroits. La quantité & la qualité. Donc leur "restants" sont beaucoup moins intéressant. Je recommande, sauf par TGTG.Voir plus

I'm comparing my experience, here, at the Lachenaie location, to the one I had several times at the Jean-Talon location. First big difference, the quantity of food on the plates. At the Lachenaie location, there was less salad, less rice & less fries. The fried calamari had a weird taste. When I removed the crumbs from a few of the pieces, I could see freezer burns on them. The service was so slow. At Jean-Talon, we always receive our meals quickly. At the Lachenaie location, we waited for more than 50 minutes for our food. Next time, we'll go back to Jean-Talon. UPDATE: If you think they really care when they write "Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us. We wanted to let you know how sorry we are about this situation. We make it a point to provide excellent customer service, & we would like to learn more about what specifically happened. You can email us at info@souvlakibar.ca, & we will do our best to rectify the situation", then think again! They asked me to email them & I did. 14 days later, I'm still waiting for their reply!Voir plus

I've been ordering from this Souvlaki Bar location since it opened in the area. I've seen through time portion sizes decrease. Very little salad given, not much rice or potatoes either.Voir plus

Everything was fresh & delicious! Delphine was very attentive & lovely & made some great suggestions. My only suggestion is to make the doors automated for wheelchair access. I had 2 seniors who required entry by wheelchair & it was somewhat challenging to get in & out.Voir plus

Oh quel endroit! Quelle belle découverte avec les plantes qui descende du plafond! J'adore! Ça créer une ambiance invitante! Après dans le menu, il y a tellement de choix qu'on ne sait quoi choisir ,mais la salade & les patates grègues un must! & le poulet gyros, vraiment tendre! Un choix exhaustif de cocktails aussi!!! & le service avec Delphine qui a mis ma demande speciale « Zorba the Greek » juste pour me faire plaisir! Super Belle soirée, la serveuse Delphine était exceptionnelle. Une super bonne ambiance. Les portion étaient très généreuses. Les choix de boissons alcoolisées était très variés.
