J'ai adoré mes expériences. Lorsque je suis allée à ce restaurant. La serveuse Florence & son aide Mérik mon donnés un excellent service. La nourriture était excellente & chaude. Après plusieurs visites à ce restaurant, j'ai toujours été très satisfait. La serveuse Meredith donne aussi un excellent services. Je vous recommande ce restaurant.

Super expérience!! Ma serveuse était très chaleureuse & joviale. Les assiettes sont très grosses & les cocktails excellents. Je recommande à tous d'aller faire un tour!!!

Repas à apporte deux assiettes de Gyro au poulet.
Assiettes généreuses mais aucune salade dans les assiettes alors que commandés avec salade décevant pour le prix payé.

Le service, la qualité, la quantité à cette succursale sont généralement très bien, par contre, si vous commander par TGTG, les portions sont moins intéressantes que d'autres succursales. J'ai commandé plusieurs fois par TGTG, ici, à St-Laurent & St-Léonard, c'est de loin de plus belles portions aux autres endroits. La quantité & la qualité. Donc leur "restants" sont beaucoup moins intéressant. Je recommande, sauf par TGTG.

Poor portions but that's ok.. my svk chicken salad was tasteless but the fam loves their gyro. It makes me appreciate the svk bar on côte vertu

I'm comparing my experience, here, at the Lachenaie location, to the one I had several times at the Jean-Talon location. First big difference, the quantity of food on the plates. At the Lachenaie location, there was less salad, less rice & less fries. The fried calamari had a weird taste. When I removed the crumbs from a few of the pieces, I could see freezer burns on them. The service was so slow. At Jean-Talon, we always receive our meals quickly. At the Lachenaie location, we waited for more than 50 minutes for our food. Next time, we'll go back to Jean-Talon. UPDATE: If you think they really care when they write "Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us. We wanted to let you know how sorry we are about this situation. We make it a point to provide excellent customer service, & we would like to learn more about what specifically happened. You can email us at info@souvlakibar.ca, & we will do our best to rectify the situation", then think again! They asked me to email them & I did. 14 days later, I'm still waiting for their reply!

I've been ordering from this Souvlaki Bar location since it opened in the area. I've seen through time portion sizes decrease. Very little salad given, not much rice or potatoes either.
