Je me suis fait donner dans un sac fermé ma commande pour emporter. Une fois dans ma voiture, beaucoup plus loin, je l'ai ouverte pour réaliser que ce n'est pas la bonne commande.
Je l'ai ramenée & on m'a donné la mienne, sans toutefois m'offrir quelconque dédommagement.
Mais le comble : j'ai vu la serveuse donner la commande que j'ai rapportée à l'autre client. Ça n'a aucun sens : j'ai ouvert ces contenants, j'aurais pu cracher dedans ou pire. Au moment de quitter, le client devait argumenter auprès des serveuses pour ne pas avoir à quitter avec cette commande ouverte.
Ce manque de rigueur au nom du profit m'inquiète beaucoup quant à la salubrité générale de ce restaurant. J'éviterai à l'avenir.View more

Great food but terrible service. The waitress brought us our meal & that's it. We had to signal to the waitress to come & see us for extra drinks the first time she did not see us while she was in front of of our table. We were planning on having dessert but after seeing the service we had we simply asked for the bill. On our way out, we noticed that there were a couple of waitresses just chatting near the bar. All this while the restaurant was almost empty.View more

This is my favorite Greek restaurant & I never had to complain on the food. Last night though I was disappointed. One chicken stick, potatoes & salad, didn't want the rice. The potatoes seemed just cut, no spice. The chicken lacked spices & juice. The tzatiki had no salt, very bland. My salad had no salt & was very bland. I don't know if the regular chef was in vacation but my meal was missing that Souvlaki Bar special unique taste. Service was great & the staff are wonderful.View more

Always consistently good food. Their Gyro is what we have all the time. Delicious!!
What disappointed me is they stopped serving 1/2 litre wine. Now you're forced to order a bottle if one glass is not enough, hence the 4 stars & not 5.View more

Mais je trouve que le prix pour une entrée de Calamar est un peu abusé 27$ c'est pas mal abusé…. C'est plus qu'un assiette complets. Il devrait vérifier ces prix dans certains plats.View more

I don't know if they sold or new management took over but this place is definitely not what it used to be. I used to go often when they opened & for years on. Hadn't been back since 2021, decided to go the other day.
Quality SIGNIFICANTLY went down. So disappointing because it used to be good. Now it's just giving mass produced restaurant chain.
My food wasn't even warm. Fries are not what they used to be it just tastes like a frozen product (please add some seasoning or smth) overall plate was mid & lacked flavour.
Wouldn't come back to be honest. Don't cheap out on quality, just like the other comments are saying.View more
