We have been eating here since they opened & it is still consistently fresh & delicious ! Enjoyed a great take out dinner tonight . We have tried a few other Greek restaurants in the area & always go back to Authentique . Always friendly & pleasant staff . Please try this location & you will not be disappointed ! Tout est bon chez eux! Nous sommes des clients réguliers depuis 6 ans au moins. Le propriétaire est souvent présent pour répondre à nos questions. Décor invitant, télé avec des paysages de la Grèce, musique grecque. On se croirait presque en vacances!Voir plus

Food is always served hot & fresh. Service is excellent & the food is always delicious. No it's not a high-end fancy restaurant, but the food is well beyond what you would expect in a sit-down / fast food environment. I've eaten in restaurants three times the price for this type of food, & they have nothing over this. Portions are very generous... The food is always very tasty, & the price is beyond reasonable. I ate there a week ago with my wife, & I think the total bill was under $50 for two people & we ended up taking half the food home because there was so much food on the plate. I've been eating here for years since it opened, & it's consistently good. Nothing bad to say about the place, only good things. In today's economic climate, this is somewhere you can appreciate, in terms of bang for your buck. They have a very extensive menu with a lot of different options to serve pretty much anyone's taste. We just finished our meal & it was the BEST Greek food I have ever eaten. The portions were huge, the food was fresh, the chicken was so tender! I would make this a must stop on my way through Quebec anytime. Not only was the food incredible, the service topped off our night. Anna was very attentive & Paul the owner made sure he went to every table & checked in. We said we didn't have room for dessert but he showed up to the table with the best chocolate cake ever. From the moment I entered, the warmth & attention from the staff were palpable, transforming what I anticipated to be a standard meal into a familial & inviting experience. The prices, though on the higher side, were entirely justified by the quality of the food & service. Opting to eat at home usually due to mediocre services elsewhere, I found myself pleasantly surprised & drawn into the inviting ambiance of Souvlaki Authentique. The food itself was nothing short of revelatory. The chicken was tender & flavorful, a stark departure from the dry poultry I've begrudgingly accepted at other establishments. The house potatoes were a crispy delight, perfectly complemented by a zesty lemon sauce, while the salad added just the right amount of kick to round out the meal. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, enhancing the overall dining experience. Adding to the charm was the owner, Mr. Paul, who personally visited each table.
