Super rico! Well cooked & seasoned; homemade mayo & hot sauce were delicious too (although maybe could have been a bit spicier, or have a spicier option). Ordered Lomo saltado, pollo a la brasa, & alfajor & all were good. Alfajor was a bit too dry for my liking, but the coconut shavings on the side were a very nice touch. The service was friendly but very slow. The ceviche was ok but not authentic Peruvian. My husband had the steak & enjoyed it. Fries were under cooked. Drinks were very good but took far too long to arrive. Only one bar tender for such a big restaurant. Papas hurricanes arrived cold. They were heated in microwave & were had cold areasVoir plus

We had a great time at Solymar celebrating last Sunday my daughter's engagement surprise party sourrended by family.The staff accomodate us for small details like décor we wanted to include within the soirée + the possibility to brig our cake.
