Perfection in this'go to' central meeting spot! 4 people mentioned this café to me before I first came. Food, drinks & service are sublime. Sunny & orange arbor decor makes it feel like an outdoor terrace (even as it snows outside). The staff helped me choose from the menu & are very welcoming & efficient. In fact, it was so good that I recommended it for a friend's private birthday party. It's now a regular spot for me & my entrepreneur network.
The staff are so friendly & polite. Brought my food to the table, & boxed it up for me to take it home.
I've had a latte, flat white, & pumpkin spice latte. All of them were SOOOO GOOD, especially the pumpkin spice latte that came in a cute mug!!!
However, they say it's a cafe but it's more so a restaurant. Not very many outlets to plug in my ipad/phone. There are « No Laptop » areas. & the music is a little loud so if that's something that bothers you… i wouldn't recommend studying here.
Also, I got a vegetarian rice bowl & was extremely disappointed. It was EXTREMELY dry with very little sauce. For the price point (about $30 after i added chicken), I expected better.
I gotta admit, it's a VERY cute place to go with a friend to grab a coffee, but that's all i would do here unfortunately. I'll be back to get my pumpkin spice latte though!!

We usually explore new places when we're on vacation, but we liked the food & atmosphere so much that we came back to try the things we didn't have room for the first day. Very kid friendly, not overcrowded, & a great playlist. The macha latte was beautious. I'd normally order a grilled cheese for the kids, but theirs looked so good with the focaccia bread & tomatoes I had to have it myself. The Salmon Avacdo Feta also highly recommended. We came because of the NY Times 36 Hours in Montreal article, & the suggestion did not disappoint!

I had been wanting to try this place for a little while & I was not disappointed. the place looks soo pretty it could be a movie set & the food was amazing! the service was a little slow for your usual cafe but overall I had a great experience. definitely recommend!
J'ai récemment visité le SoLIT Café & j'ai été agréablement surpris. L'endroit est propre & l'ambiance est très agréable, idéale pour passer un bon moment. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'option végétarienne que j'ai choisie. Le service était satisfaisant & le personnel amical. Cependant, j'ai trouvé les prix un peu élevés par rapport à d'autres cafés similaires. Malgré cela, je recommande SoLIT Café à ceux qui cherchent un endroit confortable & accueillant pour savourer un bon repas ou simplement boire un café.
We loved the beautiful decor & vibe of this cafe! Our unsweetened hot chocolates was delicious & the waitress was so friendly & recommended chocolate croissants!
I can confidently say that the best coffee I've had in Montreal was at this café. The café had a wonderful ambiance, with cozy seating & a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable about their coffee offerings. What truly impressed me, however, was the quality of their coffee. The beans were clearly carefully sourced & expertly roasted, resulting in a rich, flavorful cup of coffee that surpassed my expectations. If you're a coffee lover visiting Montreal, this café is a must-visit for an exceptional coffee experience. I highly recommend it
