Phenomenal little hole-in-the-wall. The red curry soup was fantastically good, with lime leaves, crispy onions, & tons of flavour. Service was friendly & efficient. Can't believe I've been sleeping on this spot, definitely my new favourite.

Très bonne expérience chez Bah Mi Soleil Saigon ! Les sandwichs sont savoureux, avec du pain croustillant & des ingrédients frais qui rappellent vraiment les saveurs vietnamiennes authentiques. Le service est rapide & le personnel est sympathique.
J'enlève une étoile seulement parce que l'espace est un peu petit & peut devenir bruyant aux heures de pointe. Mais sinon, c'est une excellente adresse pour un repas rapide & délicieux. Je recommande !
La nourriture n'est pas fraîche. Nous avons été servis par une dame âgée qui s'occupe de tout : caisse, cuisine, etc.
La nourriture était réchauffée (elle n'avait pas mauvais goût, mais elle était vieille). Nous avions étions sur la terrasse : sale, on ne nous apportait pas d'eau, etc. Même la salle de bains est partagée avec le restaurant Indu à côté.

Tucked away in the heart of Montreal's Plateau, Soleil de Saigon delivers the kind of comforting, flavorful Vietnamese food that lingers in your memory long after the last bite.
Their crispy duck noodle soup is an absolute standout. The duck arrives perfectly crisped on the outside yet tender & juicy inside, resting in a fragrant, clear broth that's rich without being heavy. The noodles soak up just enough of that savory depth, & the garnish of fresh herbs, fried garlic, & onions brings everything to life. It's the kind of bowl that makes you slow down & savor every spoonful.
Equally impressive are their vermicelli beef bowls. The beef is marinated to perfection, grilled until smoky & tender, & served over light, fluffy vermicelli with crisp vegetables & herbs. A drizzle of their house-made fish sauce ties it all together with a tangy-sweet kick that keeps you reaching for another bite.
Hoenstly we are so happy we stumbled upon this place walking down the street, it's really giving us a taste of vietnam before we go their this January!

C'est trop bien & c'est trop bon, sous le Soleil de Saigon. Cuisine familiale offrant bien plus que des banh mi. Savoureuse & généreuse. Même les simples rouleaux de printemps sont faits à la demande, & ça fait toute la différence. Le côté épicerie est menu mais offre les produits essentiels pour cuisiner vietnamien chez vous. Une perle dans le quartier pour manger sur le pouce à des prix justes.
