About us

At Solaris, banners hang from the ceiling, murals on the walls with large glass windows showcasing the busy activity on the street. Large screen TV’s with sports filling the airwaves, you can’t help but breathe the adrenaline. Football, hockey, soccer, baseball, whatever flavor the day brings.

Eat in, take out or simply have it delivered. Great food, perfect portions, tasty and definitely affordable, our Subs and Pizzas are a must have. It's hard to not see the Energy in owner’s Giovanni and Robert. Giovanni who makes sure you’re taken care of, and Robert who puts his heart into every dish, making it just right!

Best chicken wings in town really fresh & the BBQ sauce is really good ...Neah give good service she is the best barmaid of the area I totally recommend this bar..the kitchen is clean & the food is really good

We stopped in for a bite before our show at the Segal. Neah, our server, took great care of us. Our beer was cold, our pizza hot & tasty & Caesar salad fresh. The new chairs are quite comfy, the music was great!

Wow great sub . So fresh. So big I could not finish. The service crazy good & fast. Everyone tries to help. Nice to see a resto bar so clean. **********a must visit !!! To watch any game. & before I forget I had the absolute best hot waitress neah. So was so attentive. Not to mention easy on the eyes. What a great place. & great prices !

It is cliche to say "Never judge a book by its cover", but this holds true for one of Montreal's hidden gems. Cafe Solaris attributes its pride in the quality of ingredients it uses rather than its flash on its front entrance. Yes! A typical looking walk-in cafe with down to Earth "Joes" making a true living & patrons smile. You are family the minute you walk through the door. But the real reason you come is because you know you will revel in an authentic meal, whether it be a ravishing thin crust pizza tailored to your liking, ciabatta hoagies that explode with freshness & just the right amount of crunch, or one of their gargantuan salads that leave you craving your veggies. That being said, I'd still go with the Goose Basket (a specialty gem, featuring grilled chicken & Italian sausage in a fresh salad mixture..... Yes... You read correctly - sausage in a salad). The decor is not overly fancy &... But the service, hospitality, & fully fresh lunch & dinner menu far outweigh & out match any fine eatery in the city... On top of that, you won't be burning any holes in your wallet. The two partners (Giovanni & Roberto) will ensure you come back for more again & again. It's a winner.

To be honest this place been around since 2009 they have the best thin crust italian pizza from prosciutto arugula to American philly steak pizza. Now let's talk about there famous steak&pepperoni ,chicken cutlet panino on fresh ciabbata bread topped!
