About us
At Solaris, banners hang from the ceiling, murals on the walls with large glass windows showcasing the busy activity on the street. Large screen TV’s with sports filling the airwaves, you can’t help but breathe the adrenaline. Football, hockey, soccer, baseball, whatever flavor the day brings.
Eat in, take out or simply have it delivered. Great food, perfect portions, tasty and definitely affordable, our Subs and Pizzas are a must have. It's hard to not see the Energy in owner’s Giovanni and Robert. Giovanni who makes sure you’re taken care of, and Robert who puts his heart into every dish, making it just right!

Sometimes you hesitate to review a place because you want to keep it all for yourself. I waited a long time before posting this but the consistency of quality & service here has remained impeccable. Even through a change of ownership, because all the same people still work there. Menu items aren't too simple but aren't over complicated either. Great coffee, espresso, & cappuccino. Kitchen is open 8am to 1am most days & the bar has a decent variety of libations. Did I mention the staff is amazing? One of the things that gives Solaris its personality is that the walls are lined with Video Lottery Terminals, so many of its regulars are super regular. Getting up early on a Saturday morning to go enjoy one of their famous breakfast sandwiches, a coffee, a gangster rap takeover of the juke box, & chit chat with the staff is the best.

Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce restaurant, nous avons pris le sandwich steak-pepperoni......cibolak wow!!!! Le sandwich & les frites étaient délicieux!!!!! En plus il y avait de la petite mayonnaise épicée....excellent service & prix très raisonnable!!!!!

So ... My partner & I decided to venture down the Decarie to check out the chicken cutlet sandwiches at Solaris. Wow they are absolutely amazing & I highly recommend to add the prosciutto OMG 😲! Perfectly balanced with chicken, vegetables, sauce & the bread is soft yet crispy. I asked for some hot sauce & they gave me a great thick chili sauce like Sicily la bomba.
I also had a Cesar salad that was great with real bacon chunks. My partner tried the wings & he said they were da bomb 💣 ... whatever that means lol .
The sports bar ambiance is lively & exciting even for lunch. The restaurant is easy to get to & I was able to park right in front. Bring your buddies or your side chick & grab a panini. Tldr: Amazing 5-star breakfast sandwich! Service was excellent , atmosphere was great! Very clean & friendly neighborhood pub. Blew in here on a rainy Saturday morning. Me & 6 of my m8s after a night of bachelor party debauchery. Hungover, we all ordered the breakfast sandwich. While we waited, some of my friends hopped on the VLT's or as we call them in Nova Scotia :"tappers". No luck but they assured me they had fun losing their money lol. The service was excellent. The food was amazing, one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. So good, we went again the next morning. It hit the spot! - We met the owner, he's a beauty. Really great neighborhood pub, we were in during the euro cup & the matches were on the TV. Great vibe. I'll be sure to come back & visit next time I'm in Montreal. I wish I could rate this place higher!

Les sandwich sont à tomber à terre & les prix sur le menu sont vraiment raisonnables si on compare à des grosses chaînes. Hautement recommandé.
