Wow great sub . So fresh. So big I could not finish. The service crazy good & fast. Everyone tries to help. Nice to see a resto bar so clean. **********a must visit !!! To watch any game. & before I forget I had the absolute best hot waitress neah. So was so attentive. Not to mention easy on the eyes. What a great place. & great prices !

J'adore ce bar. Le bouffe est incroyable & le staff est super gentil. Neah & joan sont tellement gentilles & offrent du bon service! Je reviendrai toujours! Surtout quand c'est du karaoké. Oh! Le cook est incroyablement compétent d'ailleurs.

Sometimes you hesitate to review a place because you want to keep it all for yourself. I waited a long time before posting this but the consistency of quality & service here has remained impeccable. Even through a change of ownership, because all the same people still work there. Menu items aren't too simple but aren't over complicated either. Great coffee, espresso, & cappuccino. Kitchen is open 8am to 1am most days & the bar has a decent variety of libations. Did I mention the staff is amazing? One of the things that gives Solaris its personality is that the walls are lined with Video Lottery Terminals, so many of its regulars are super regular. Getting up early on a Saturday morning to go enjoy one of their famous breakfast sandwiches, a coffee, a gangster rap takeover of the juke box, & chit chat with the staff is the best.

Third visit.

Went to check out the breakfast early this morning, good breakfast menu but the regular menu is even better. Had an all dressed pizza & an americano coffee, both were excellent! Roberto took our orders & provided great service all the way through.

The prices are pretty amazing for quantity of food & drink. Everything is priced like it's 2016. (Take advantage now before Roberto wises up. 🤣)

Highly recommend giving this place a chance, try the menu for take out or sit down, poutines are authentic & delicious.

Personal note; I am surprised at the (few) bad reviews because despite the gambling machines everything from food quality & cleanliness to service speed & accuracy are well above par for not just the neighborhood but for the city of Montréal itself. On all three visits it was consistently good, clean & delicious.

To the students who were angered at having to tip; if you don't have the ability to tip at least 15% for good service then please don't go to a table service restaurant. Servers & bartenders of all types have different pay structures & depend heavily upon tips to supplement their lower hourly wage.

If you find the service so bad that you don't want to tip, fine, speak to the owner/manager &/or post a review. Otherwise expect to tip well for good service.

Hello everyone! Thanks for reading my review. I am on the search for the best sandwiches & sandwich shops in montreal. I ask people'in the know' & i go check it out. Its simple, I eat great food, I write my reviews with a few great photos. Then you go! Enjoy! & ... Buon appetito 😋

So ... My partner & I decided to venture down the Decarie to check out the chicken cutlet sandwiches at Solaris. Wow they are absolutely amazing & I highly recommend to add the prosciutto OMG 😲! Perfectly balanced with chicken, vegetables, sauce & the bread is soft yet crispy. I asked for some hot sauce & they gave me a great thick chili sauce like Sicily la bomba.

I also had a Cesar salad that was great with real bacon chunks. My partner tried the wings & he said they were da bomb 💣 ... whatever that means lol .

The sports bar ambiance is lively & exciting even for lunch. The restaurant is easy to get to & I was able to park right in front. Bring your buddies or your side chick & grab a panini.
