Je me suis rendu à 19h30 devant la boutique, une simple lumière qui éclairait les frigo mais porte fermée & personne à l'intérieur alors qu'il y a marquer 18h-2h pour les heures d'ouverture.. je voulais commander une sorte de redbull sur le site mais il y a marqué « sold out » & jetait sur Montréal exceptionnellement donc je voulais passer mais malheureusement personne & les redbull étaient bien présente. Donc déçu que la boutique ne respecte pas les heures d'ouverture écrite & que le site ne soit pas à jour.

Worst company I've ever dealt with!!!!
Didn't receive my order still after 2 months.
I called, emailed, messaged on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter numerous times & recieved no response & no refund of $90.

Love their Sour strip candies & Bugles chips. I just wish they had the Natural version of the Bugles too! Would buy! Also would be nice if the receipt from the store showed how much items cost. Only says the total but besides that im a big candy guy & enjoy this store. Would recommend.

C'est la meilleure boutique où j'ai commandé, l'accueil est excellent & le travail est rapide. Le plus, c'est qu'on a le sourire dès l'entrée. Je vous souhaite beaucoup de succès.

Great place to buy rare or novelty candy, ice cream (no lactose cherry Garcia, sold!) & with a personalized experience, even if just on UberEats. Nice shop for the munchies.

Beware of online orders. I received two expired products & three that were expiring within 1 month. Support did refund the expired products after a couple emails (hence the 2 stars otherwise it would have been 1), but did not do anything about the other ones. For the cost of the order, I didn't expect to receive something that has been sitting on the shelf for 2 years. Maybe it's best as a consumer to keep purchases to in store only.

Today I visited Snaxies, a candy store that truly surprised me. From the moment I walked in, the girl behind the counter had contagious energy & a smile that lit up the place. She helped me choose from a variety of sweets, sharing her enthusiasm for each one, which made me feel very welcome. Not only did I leave with some delicious treats, but I also walked away with a sense of joy thanks to her kindness. I will definitely return to Snaxies, not just for the candy, but for the positive experience I had. I highly recommend this store to everyone; it's worth a visit! Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the French girl but I just have to say that I've never been treated that good here in Montreal as the way as she did

I ordered online & it came within 2 business days, with a handwritten thank you note too! Very cute touch. They have an amazing selection & prices are great. Just be careful with chocolate in the summer months, not something they can control just something for the online customer to keep in mind. :)
