Love the customizable bowls! they have a wide variety of flavorful sauces! I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive allergen-free options, which is a game-changer for my mom, who is allergic to shellfish. It's often challenging to find safe choices at Asian restaurants due to fish & oyster sauces, but Skybird's vegan sauces are both safe & absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the gochujang sauce-it strikes a perfect balance of spicy, sweet, & tangy. For those wanting a less carby meal, they also have lentil base instead of the rice which is super yummy & filling. I also tried the oolong latte & Vietnamese coffee, both delightful treats, especially when paired with their moist oatmeal ginger cookie, which is decadent yet not overly sweet. Highly recommend!

this spot is trying to be Poulet Rouge Asian version. i tried the mini bowl & i found it really odd. none of the flavours really went together. it was a bowl of n'importe quoi. since Skybird claims they serve'Asian fusion', they literally just mixed a bunch of flavours from different Asian cultures (Viet, Korean, Japanese, to name a few) without even checking to see if the flavours would mesh well together. i wouldn't come back however i will say their portions are decent & the ingredients tasted fresh.

Habituée aux cuisines asiatiques, le nom de ce nouveau restaurant a suscité ma curiosité. À première vue, les ingrédients ont l'air trop simples, mais ensemble, avec la sauce & viande grillée (j'ai choisi la sauce Chili doux/sweet chili), c'était une belle surprise: FRAIS, SAVOUREUX & DÉLICIEUX Cette semaine, je retournerai pour un bol végétarien 😋
Très bon restaurant, nous avons essayé le chicken sky bowl & le chicken Bahn mi, les 2 étaient excellents! Je recommande la sauce épicée Gochujang un délice !
I had the pleasure of testing the chicken sky bowl as well as the chicken filet Banh Mi & I loved it. Fresh ingredients & amazing products. For dessert I got the matcha oatmeal cookie & the iced matcha latte, which i recommend highly. Everything was top-notch, from the meal, the atmosphere & also the great service.
