I had the pleasure of discovering this new & delicious, fresh asian, healthy'fast food' type of restaurant. I was served by Katia, who was very nice & kind enough to explain the concept. I had their steak bowl & I loved it. I strongly recommend!!
Every thing was amazing 🤩 i loved the food & the service & as a picky eater they were so nice to be patient with my inquiries & i am definitely coming back heree !!! I hardly recommend it for everyone to taste !!!
Love the customizable bowls! they have a wide variety of flavorful sauces! I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive allergen-free options, which is a game-changer for my mom, who is allergic to shellfish. It's often challenging to find safe choices at Asian restaurants due to fish & oyster sauces, but Skybird's vegan sauces are both safe & absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the gochujang sauce-it strikes a perfect balance of spicy, sweet, & tangy. For those wanting a less carby meal, they also have lentil base instead of the rice which is super yummy & filling. I also tried the oolong latte & Vietnamese coffee, both delightful treats, especially when paired with their moist oatmeal ginger cookie, which is decadent yet not overly sweet. Highly recommend!
Très bon restaurant, nous avons essayé le chicken sky bowl & le chicken Bahn mi, les 2 étaient excellents! Je recommande la sauce épicée Gochujang un délice !

I had the pleasure of testing the chicken sky bowl as well as the chicken filet Banh Mi & I loved it. Fresh ingredients & amazing products. For dessert I got the matcha oatmeal cookie & the iced matcha latte, which i recommend highly. Everything was top-notch, from the meal, the atmosphere & also the great service. Thanks Skybird for having us! We will be back very soon. ❤?✨
On a essayé Skybird après l'avoir vu partout sur les réseaux sociaux & on n'a pas été déçus! Les ingrédients sont ultra frais, le concept de personnalisation est simple & rapide, & les portions sont très généreuses. Mon fils a adoré son bol de riz au porc, ma femme a pris le poulet grillé, & moi le Banh Mi au boeuf - pain croustillant à l'extérieur, moelleux à l'intérieur… parfait!
Mention spéciale pour leur promo du Bracelet Skybird les lundis & mardis : le 2e bol ou Banh Mi à moitié prix! Super idée pour y aller entre amis.
Ambiance propre, service rapide, & deux succursales faciles d'accès. On y retourne, c'est sûr!

J'ai adoré leur banh mi au poulet c'était très savoureux ainsi que leur matcha latte glacé.
Pour le service, la serveuse était très aimable & très serviable. Elle a rendu le tous très facile sachant que c'était ma première fois sur les lieux.
Je recommande fortement leur succursale sur Jean-Talon !!
