I've been to Shushu many times over the past couple of years & always enjoyed the experience. However, this time felt quite different. The food portions were noticeably smaller, & the flavours weren't as bold as they used to be - everything tasted a bit bland. We also had to wait quite a while for our food, which was disappointing. Overall, the price just doesn't match the quantity or quality anymore. I really hope they return to their previous standards.Voir plus

The most delicious poke bowl I have had. I stopped by unannounced for some takeout during the busy dinner time, & I was promptly greeted, & received my order in very good time. I ordered the Shushu bowl, & when I got home to eat it, I was amazed at the fresh, very high-quality portions of expensive seafood. All the veggies were plentiful, & the big pieces of avocado, too? Fantastic. For only $22 this is an incredible value. I have to say this is by far the freshest & tastiest poke bowl I have had. I'm looking forward to returning to try the dining room & sushi. I highly recommend that you try this restaurant between Saint Henri & Griffintown.Voir plus

La nourriture était succulente. Chaque bouchée un pur délice. Cependant, le service n'était pas à la hauteur. Nous avons eu trois serveurs différents. Les commandes étaient mélangées. Personne n'est venu nous demander si c'était à notre goût. Après, le repas ont ne nous a pas offert le dessert. Nous avons attendus 20 minutes après la fin du repas avant que la personne qui remplissait l'eau nous dise que nous devions nous rendre à la caisse directement. Nous attendions nos factures.Voir plus

The sushi itself was pretty good, but the drinks were really the highlight of our meal here! We tried the'Sakerita Frozen' & the'Ginza' & they were both delicious! Would love to come back & try more off their menu in the future.Voir plus

Flavours were good! Great place to eat slowly with friends but not suited for birthdays. Unfortunately we might have been unlucky because the service did not do justice for the lively place. I understand that friday nights can get pretty busy but the food took over 30min to arrive & our waitress barely checked up on us (we only got our water filled a second time before we were leaving! 😓). Not to mention that we waited for quite long for her to come & take our orders at the beginning.
There were atleast 3 waiters for the entire restaurant but somehow only 1 waiter passes by the big room (for big groups) every 5 minutes, which made it really hard to ask for water, extra utensils, etc. considering that we weren't the only table being served. Most disappointing of all was the fact that they not only couldn't even put a candle for our birthday cake but also took over 10min after we had asked for it to just hand it to us (if a candle had been prepared, we would have understood the waiting time). & it took another 10min to just wait for the bill. The music was also a bit loud. As a waitress myself I found it hard to even want to tip yesterday night because of how disappointing the service was. I hope future customers don't have to go what we went through :(Voir plus

Shushu est sans aucun doute le meilleur restaurant de sushis coté livraison (je préfère manger des sushis dans le confort de chez moi) Les commandes sont toujours fraîches, bien emballés & les sushis sont délicieux.
