Ambiance extrêmement bruyante.Nous avons eu un chef vieux & sans entrain.Le spectacle était plutôt à la table d'à côté mais le chef d'à côté était presque ivre.Le service était tout mélangé; j' ai reçu mon repas principal avant la soupe & mon entrée.Le tempura des sushis était mou & le poisson sentait bizarre.Le décor est toujours le même depuis 30ans & le restaurant semble sale.Plusieurs personnes qui étaient avec mon conjoint & moi avons été très déçu.Nous n' y retournerons pas.
Vraiment ordinaire. On est tombé sur un chef qui a répété les mêmes 4-5 phrases 100x durant le souper:'les nerfs pompon','25 ans minimum','beau bonhomme'. Ça n'avait aucun rapport. Aucun show de couteau ni animation avec interaction avec les invités. C'était extrêmement bruyant, mauvaise évacuation de la boucane, & toutes les grillades & le riz goûtent la même chose : le beurre à l'ail & la sauce soya très salée. Très déçue de mon expérience qui devait être festive & délicieuse pour la fête d'une amie

Fantastic restaurant! The food was incredible & prepared very well. Everyone in the staff, from the servers to the chef, was very cordial & professional. We all had an excellent experience dining here! Highly recommend Shogun for a great night out with your family & friends! Thank you to all of the staff, you guys are the best!
If you want a show, good vibes & great food.. this is the place for you! I enjoyed every part of the experience. Food is great quality & the chefs preparing your meal put on an excellent show. Server was very attentive & patient with our big group, I think her name was Sofie. Soup, salad, tea, rice, veg, & ice cream come with the protein (I recommend steak & shrimp) so value is very good. Thanks for a core memory, for a visitor to your province! :)
Première expérience pour nous dans un restaurant de style teppanyaki, & quelle découverte ! Nous venons de Paris & avons été super bien accueillis par toute l'équipe du Shogun. Certes, nous avons attendu environ 40 minutes avant que le chef arrive, mais le personnel a tout fait pour nous mettre à l'aise : eau, cocktails, soupe & salade nous ont permis de patienter dans de très bonnes conditions.
Puis est arrivé le chef Lee, avec ses 38 ans d'expérience, & là… quel moment ! Non seulement il a cuisiné nos plats avec maîtrise & générosité, mais il a aussi su nous divertir & nous faire passer une soirée mémorable. Ses conseils de cuisson étaient parfaits, & il a même adapté le service en tenant compte des restrictions alimentaires de notre groupe (en cuisant le boeuf à la fin, séparément). Une attention vraiment appréciée !
Le show culinaire était spectaculaire, hors du commun, & la qualité des plats excellente. Mention spéciale au thé au jasmin & à la glace vanille-orange en dessert, un vrai régal.
Nous avons également eu l'occasion d'échanger avec les gérants du restaurant, une famille passionnée & très sympathique. Cela ajoute encore plus de charme à l'expérience.
En résumé : une expérience unique, conviviale & délicieuse, à faire au moins une fois dans sa vie. Nous avons adoré !
Nous avons souper à ce restaurant pour mon enterrement de vie de fille hier soir & wowww !! Tout était parfait : la nourriture, l'ambiance!! Le chef Yamamoto est vraiment hot !! Une belle découverte ☺?

I had one of the best times there. I went there for my 18th birthday yesterday & I got a blue lagoon. It was very good & our chef was amazing. Don't remember his name don't think we got it but other than that the food was exquisite & it was very delectable Me & my boyfriend got a picture of us kissing from the i do think owner of the restaurant & I was very happy about that. I will cherish that photo for ever. It was very sweet. I also got it in a happy birthday card. Our chef also threw mushrooms into our mouths, & I caught one!!
