Shay offre une ambiance chaleureuse et moderne avec une décoration soignée, une terrasse agréable et un service attentif et efficace. La cuisine libanaise contemporaine est savoureuse et bien présentée, avec une belle variété de mezze, de dips et de plats de viande qui séduisent aussi bien en brunch qu'au dîner. Le brunch est particulièrement apprécié pour ses plats signatures comme le shawarma eggs Benedict et les baklava pancakes, ainsi que pour les options végétariennes généreuses; le tout est accompagné d’un cadre dynamique et convivial qui donne l’impression d’une expérience soignée dès la première visite. Le personnel est souvent décrit comme chaleureux, sympathique et professionnel, et l’atmosphère est propice à des repas entre amis, en famille ou en couple. So I went with a friend for brunch my first time at Shay on Sunday at noon. The place is very modern, clean & chic without being pretentious about. Staff & vibe were very chill & music was good too so ambience was great . We sat at the bar as all the tables were full but it's very comfortable regardless. Ordered the lamb Reuben & their baklava pancakes which they are kind of known for & it's well merited. More a dessert than a meal but still excellent as was the lamb sandwich which came with roasted potatoes & Cole slaw sides. Bonus in summer they have a terrace but it was too cold when I went.

Our group of seven adults enjoyed brunch here today, & it was a wonderful experience! The place has a lovely atmosphere, offering delicious food with a great variety to choose from. The portions were generous-I could only finish half of mine! The service was decent, & we appreciated not feeling rushed or pressured to leave. Overall, we had a fantastic time & would gladly return.
Love the food here. Well presented dishes, tasted so good ! The staff are very lovely & friendly! The ambience is so chic! So much action to sit at the bar ! Highly recommended place for a Fun date, or group of friends Also I personally found at the table are family friendly for brunch too. Cons : Coffee ☕ is not that good ! Again it's not a place to go there to have coffee. Well at least, I hope they would get someone to really learn how to make coffee would be a plus.
Delicious brunch & ideal for sharing! A great blend of traditional flavors & popular dishes, like the baklava pancake. Also recommend the mushroom benedict !
Incroyable expérience les oeufs 65⁰ sont 11/10 quelle idée extraordinaire. Les pancakes baklava sont aussi délicieuses. Ça vaut vraiment la peine de prendre plusieurs plats à partager pour les brunchs. Le staff est aussi très professionnel & attachant. Kat, Pam & Audrey je les engage n'importe quand !! Seule chose que j'ajouterais est un DJ.
I heard so many good things about Shay & it really lived up to the hype. Our serve Dom was great - super super friendly & helpful when we couldn't decide what to eat because everything sounded amazing. We popped in on a Saturday for a much needed hangover brunch & we lucky enough to be sat immediately without a reservation. It was pretty busy though. This was the perfect mix of savory carbs & sweet treats. We had the sausage hash & lamb eggs Benedict first & then moved to the baklava pancakes to finish. Definitely recommend sharing these because they are super decadent.

Had my surprise bridal party at Shay for brunch this morning, what a wonderful afternoon. I have celiac disease & the manager Damien made sure I had special catered dishes that were safe & delicious! All my guests were astonished by the food, service & ambiance. Would 100% recommend & will definitely be going again!
Had brunch today with the best eggs benedicts i've ever had in my life. Shout out to an amazing service by our server Nizar who was always ahead of us & making sure everything was good & perfect for us. Great smile, great professionalism. Will definitely come back!
I went for brunch on a Sunday with my two step-daugthers. We had a reservation on the terrace. Our table was not ready yet. After 2 min of waiting the manager (I suppose) saw us waiting & immediately offered us free mimosas. When we got to our table, the waitress advised us right away that we might have to wait a little but always came to check on us. One of my step-daughter's unfortunately found a hair in her meal (which is something that could happen at anytime) we didn't make a big deal out if it. The manager offered to bring us a new plate & not be charged for the new plate. We didn't want one, but we asked if we could change it for a dessert & we didn't mind paying for it. He said yes & did not charged us for it, which was really appreciated. It was my 3rd time at Shay's for brunch & the first time for my step-daughters. Although we had those little misapps, best customer service ever, every exchange we had with the waitress & the manager were done with grace & with a huge smile. We felt really appreciated. Excellent exemple of amazing customer service. I would recommend anytime. Can't wait to go back for brunch & try a dinner service. 🙂
Went there for the first time during brunch hour with my friends. Absolutely loved the ambiance of the place. Had the Labneh dip with pita bread as well as the Manakek Hash as my main. It was super good. Our server, Claudine, made sure that we had an amazing experience. Loved her service & I do hope to see her again in future visits at Shay.
Excellent choix pour aller bruncher, la nourriture est juste incroyable & le service excellent! Notre serveur, Nizar, était vraiment à l'affût, rapide, efficace & très gentil! Ce fût ma première visite aujourd'hui & définitivement pas ma dernière!!!

Loved this new place. Not only they have good Taouk Sandwiches with sumak Fries but also great desserts in the donut & Pistachio Canoli. Will definitely come try it again when restaurants open, the decor looked awesome Since went twice for brunch & dinner. Brunch is nice with some good stuffs to try a mix of Mediterranean touch with local food. Tried the shakshooka & pancake baklava. Went for dinner lately & tried a mix of appetizers: The coliflower zaatar is the best Tuna tartare is great with fattoush style bread crumbles gives is a nice touch The basturma with Melon & labneh has a nice touch. Shish barak with a nice yogurt sauce is a must The batata harra & grilled asparagus are a nice addition to the main meals of Lamb, shish taouk & Fish we tried.
I've been going for a while now & the dinner menu & staff is absolutely fantastic, I went to the brunch recently & if you don't mind a little noise it's the same experience with a different & interesting menu!
Finally had dinner at Shay, & had high expectations given my amazing brunch experience. They of course did not disappoint! 10/10 for my evening at Shay!
We had the best brunch at Shay with a large group for a Bachelorette! Top brunch spot in the city, It's such a hidden gem. The service was 10/10. Kat was the best, everything was perfect. The food was so so good, & the coffees were also delicious. Vibes are wonderful, great pictures. Highly recommend for a group or Bachelorette outing! Chicken & waffles were a favourite in our group, so was the falafel latke. Must have brunch in Montreal!
A new discovery & definetly will be back. Had Sunday brunch a few weeks ago with my niece. We received a warm welcome from the hostess & the service was top notch. The food was very tasty & the drinks were so flavourful. Want to thank specifically Jason & Charles for their amazing service. They were so attentive . Such great energy. See you soon!
