Surprised that tater tots were the main element of my meal... Overpriced & there was much confusion about tables & seating when we arrived for our reservation.

I was visiting from Toronto with my husband & I went to this place which was recommended to me by a friend , the manager Kim was very welcoming & kind she was able to set a table for us even though we didn’t make reservations & our server Cyprien was very nice & helpful I even got to practice my French with him 🤓
I highly recommend this place

Amazing amazing service! The owner was super nice & accommodating. The food & drinks were amazing. Vibes were amazing for brunch. Must visit when coming to Montreal!!! Highly recommend it!

Food was quite good. Service was very poor. Waited 20mins for latte. Inattentive server who never even glanced at our table. One person in our party waited for over ten minutes for their dish while everyone had their food & were waiting too start. Server never apologize or even came by to explain for the wait time.

This is a great brunch spot! Probably the best brunch I’ve had in Montreal, the I think the best eggs Benedict I’ve had in my life.

- the Shawarma eggs Benedict is a MUST
- the Shakshouka is very very good & fresh & on the lighter side
- the hash (which is tater tot’s with an egg, sausage, & mint sauce) is very heavy. I’d say it’s more of a sharing dish.
- The baklava pancakes are honestly too sweet & the pancake texture isn’t amazing. We shared it 4 ways as a dessert.
- coffee is great

Definitely a more “fancy” atmosphere.

If you want to experience Lebanese cuisine, then, SHAY is your place. The chefs .3631201495978E+24; menu is described great. The waiters are provided exceptional service. We ordered five different dishes from falafel to Kebab to Humus along with a Lebanese wine 🍷. Truly enjoyed our dinner at SHAY. 🙂🙂

My wife & I had an excellent time at Shay. This is our second time dining at Shay & like the previous time, we have nothing but great things to say. Every aspect of our evening was wonderful, from the food to the service to the valet parking outside the restaurant. Highly recommend Shay as an essential spot to check out for a Middle Eastern fine dining experience.

Loved the food. Loved the attention. Loved the mock tails, but I would've rather have 2 services than one whole service. I had ordered the food. I was confirmed that it was shareable dishes, but I would've rather have my entrées together separately from my main dishes. Other than that, I loved it
