J'ai essayé le restaurant shay pour la première fois hier on était assis sur la terrasse moi & mon amie. Nous avons pris le basturma & le Mouhamara en entrée & les shish barak & champignons comme repas principal tout était incroyable & délicieux mais le cloue du spectacle était vraiment notre serveuse Rachel douce a l'écoute & attentionné si vous avez la chance demander pour elle car c'est une vrai perle vous n'allez pas le regretter.
Great service, nice staff, the presentation was on point. We went there for supper. What we had & we absolutely loved were Fried Brussel sprouts, Hummus & mushrooms & Sumec fries. The best cocktail was the Habibi. The valet parking was very convenient. For vegetarians, the Fattet Batinjein (eggplant, impossible kafta) is a must try. It was sooooo good! I'm still dreaming about it. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere, food was amazing!! It's wonderful to see that there is still amazing service out there. The servers & management were so accommodating. Also, they make the very best cocktails. We will be returning for sure!!
We came here for brunch & the food was amazing! The shawarma & eggs Benedict was our favourite we never tasted anything like it. Our waitress was also very nice. Highly recommend! Excited to go here for dinner next time

Third time here for brunch & I love as much as my first time. Food excellent, mimosas excellent, great coffee. The food comes out pretty quick. One of my favourite brunch spots in Montreal! I need to try dinner here soon.
Amazing restaurant! We came for brunch this time & the food & staff were incredible as usual! Great ambiance to gather with a couple of friends, I truly recommend!
I never made it as a blind man & I couldn't cut it as a poor man stealing, but that brunch is a can't miss in Montreal in my opinion! If you are a fan of sweets this one's for you!

This place was almost perfect. Lovely decor, great service & considerate hosts, who were happy to recommend but left it up to us. The food was almost perfect. Some of the best Lebanese mains I've ever had but sadly the dessert & drinks lacked something. My cocktail was original but didn't seem to have much alcohol in it at all. Personally I like to have fairly strong cocktails as otherwise it just feels like drinking juice. The baklava at the end was some of the worst I've had. Taste wise it was fine but very dry, papery & not something I wanted to finish. It may be that I'm lucky where I live (Austria) with a huge Turkish population & Turkish bakeries. The tiramisu was ok but again we've had better. It really would have been an absolutely 5 star evening if the dessert had been up to the standard of the rest of the meal. It is 100% worth a visit though, & in my opinion not too expensive for the standard they provide.
Je suis allé souper chez SHAY tout récemment, pour une activité professionnelle, & j'ai été ébloui par la qualité de la nourriture. Entrées extra (Muhamara ****), & le plat des viandes était fabuleux. Je ne les ai pas tous essayés, mais c'est possiblement le meilleur resto libanais à Montréal. Bravo!

Such a nice place for brunch, we were visiting Montreal & wanted a nice relaxed place to grab good food & drinks. It gets super busy at around noon & would recommend you make a reservation. We were a group of 5 plus a baby & the staff were super friendly. The patio was really nice & the food has an interesting western twist to it. We got the ful, Nutella French toast (a must try), labneh toast, eggs & everything was tasty. They have fresh orange juice as well. The only tough part is finding street parking around, but the restaurant offers valet parking for $15.
Delicious food, amazing service, & good ambiance (maybe too loud for a restaurant). I've tried many middle eastern restaurants & I can say that SHAY is one of the best with a great quality food. We tried Muahamara, baba ghanouch, sumak fries, hummus with beef shawarma, lamb shawarma & they were all good. Great spot for dinner with friends/ dinner date.
