OMG!!! I just discovered this restaurant & it's excellent. The food was tasty & we received very soon after ordering. The drinks we ordered was amazing. Big thanks to our waitress/bartender Anna for her sweetness, service & conversation. Make sure to visit. 10/10

Mauvaise gestion des réservations, la table n'était pas prête lorsque nous sommes arrivés, longue attente.
Nous étions une table de 11 pour un anniversaire donc nous avons pris le brunch à 45$.
Le 1er plat était bon mais la suite a été catastrophique (gaufres au poulet, oeufs Bénédicte & pancakes). La gaufre avait le goût de poisson, l'agneau avec les oeufs dégueulasse & les pancakes très secs.
Bref, je n'y remettrai pas les pieds.

I was expecting more. The terrace wasn't as nice as the main floor, although the service was good. For a brunch, you'd typically expect at least a few fruits on the plate-but that wasn't the case. I was surprised to be served such an empty-looking dish. Unfortunately, I didn't really enjoy the taste, even though I'm usually a big fan of shawarma & Lebanese food. Overall, I found the quality & the price didn't match. I don't think I would give it another try.
The food & service were great, but the seating was disappointing-despite expecting shade on the balcony (awning was present but not deployed), the group was placed in direct sun. Didn't make a fuss because we had guests, so we moved seats. The online reservation system does not respect privacy: we did not opt-in to marketing when reserving, but we still received a follow-up email asking for feedback. The unsubscribe link appears to be an ad-tracker (blocked by Ublock) which makes it evil spam to me. I left this review directly, not using the ad-tracking link in the email.

On a passé un très bon moment. La nourriture était excellente, bien assaisonnée, fraîche & de qualité.
Service rapide & pro, aucune attente avec la réservation.
Le restaurant est propre & accueillant.

Went for the 30th birthday of my wife & we got the fix group menu for 75$. Rachel & the servers took great care of us. The food was amazing & so was the service.The lamb chops & steak were amazing.
I highly recommend if you want to celebrate an event with friends & are looking for good atomsphere & great food.

First time going to Shay for dinner & would like to go back for brunch.
Our waitress was super friendly & nice, overall restaurant was very nice & food was great!
Absolutely fabulous experience! The food was INCREDIBLE! The Kafta melted in my mouth & the drinks were top notch 🌮🍹
The service was impeccable as well! The servers were on it with water & drink refills, cleaning up, making sure we were doing okay. Especially Robin! 🤗
I loved coming here for my friends' birthday dinner. Will be coming back again for sure!
The concierge at our hotel, the Fairmont, Queen Elizabeth, recommended this restaurant. We were not disappointed! We had a wonderful meal with numerous menu options to choose from.
The most enjoyable part of our evening was our server, Anthony, who was a delight! He kept us entertained & spent quite a bit of time with us explaining all the varied dishes on the menu. We so enjoyed our evening & he was one of the reasons why.
Thank you so much to the staff at Shay & especially Anthony. It was a wonderful experience.

Delicioso!!!!! Went for brunch & will definitely come back. Everything is so fresh & the staff is so nice! We love a breakfast place that accepts reservations!! Also try the Iced matcha

Excellent service premièrement, nourriture incroyable, apprêtée avec minutie & professionnalisme. Enfin, un brunch qui se démarque à Montréal ! Les saveurs, les épices, tout était au rendez vous. Nous avons adoré & nous reviendrons. Pour les frileux du stationnement ; venez tôt, il y a de la place sur la rue ou un stationnement public (20$), tout près.
