Went there a Saturday at 15h. No one there, waited for minutes, still no one came, I heard people talking in the back, waited, no one came, went out. Not coming back.

Rapide, délicieux, généreux, accueil sympathique... une belle addition sur le boul. Monk. (& cette épice qu'ils mettent dans le riz... Miammm!) Petite suggestion? Réduire légèrement le volume de la musique... en tous cas, ce soir là. Ah oui! ils ont aussi des desserts (gâteaux) fort appétissants... mais j'étais trop pleine! :)

Incroyablement bon, le shawarma croustillant est à se lancer au travers la fenêtre 🤪 Les patates délicieuse, les salades sont parfaites.

Un gros 10 sur 10 on est chanceux d'avoir ce resto dans le quartier belle découverte ce soir 🥰

Expérience très moyenne chez Moods Shawarma.

Je suis passé comme a mon habitude pour un repas rapide & j'ai été désagréablement surpris.
Le shawarma est correct dans l'ensemble & bien garni.
Par contre, grosse erreur sur ma commande : mes patates ont été littéralement inondées de sauce à l'ail, alors que ce n'est pas ce que j'avais demandé : l'employée ne semblait pas bien comprendre le français. Le simple fait de le signaler a déclenché la réaction d'un autre employé, qui s'est emporté & a'storm out' comme s'il était fâché. Une attitude totalement inadmissible.

En plus de cela les patates sont extrêmement grasses, à la limite de l'immangeable. Le processus de prise de commande est lent & il faut répéter plusieurs fois pour se faire comprendre. Franchement, le rapport qualité-prix est très décevant : rien de mieux qu'un Amir ou un Boustan.

Je ne reviendrai plus.

Patates pleines de taches noires avec une sauce a l'ail qui a selon moi tourné ou peut-être ils ont forcé sur le citron. Sans parler du service donné dans une langue française exacerbable.

Very disappointed by the attitude of one of the employees, who clearly doesn't know how to deal with customers. Rude tone, no patience, & a complete lack of professionalism. It honestly feels like you're bothering them just by placing an order, which is unacceptable. It completely ruins the experience
