Ordered 2 drinks had to ask for the second one
Waitress dropped sauce on the table & was never cleaned it up
Got our desserts & someone arrived after we were half way done with the spoons
Food was very good service one of the worst I have ever experienced

Je suis un habitué du Shaker Sherbrooke, je croyais retrouver l'ambiance & le service semblable... mais quel déception ! Aumoin 25 minutes avant que quelqu'un vienne nous voir initialement !? Service très lent (mais je crois que ce n'est pas la faute du serveur). J'amenais quelqu'un pour la première fois au Shaker mais il a été très lui aussi...

we reserved for 6 people & a 7th person showed up, so we asked if they could kindly accompany us to put another seat. one of the managers rudely rejected & made 7 people squish into a booth made for 4-5 people at most. the food was good, the music was alright, the service from the waitress was good, but that manager made us very uncomfortable.

Grand espace avec des siègesconfortables, bon service & plats offerts avec un choix de 3 quantités (de l'entrée au plat repas). Presque toutes les boissons peuvent être commandées sans alcool.
Les brunnies sont délicieux!

I had gone to shakers for a celebration , service was very long , food was over cooked . Was not impressed . Service was good tho just very long because no staff

Tartare en duo sans sauce a l'intérieur donc aucunement relevé en saveur assez fade & décevant servie avec 3 croûtons de pain seulement , pas eu de couteaux à steak avec mon assiette de bavette de boeuf & pas eu ma salade César comme accompagnement . Toutefois le serveur a faite l'effort de nous offrir un excellent drink pour relevé un peu notre expérience du restaurant l'occasion de notre visite était la fête de ma blonde . Merci !

The food was good but could be better! The burgers could be served with a small coleslaw.
The tuna tartare with mango does not need honey, it's too sweet
The cocktails are good but too much syrup makes them waaayyy too sweet.
Too many different waiters serving our table & then they get confused & bring the drinks twice.
The « boards » that act as plates are horrible. Everything falls off them onto the table. My tartare was so close to the edge that when my fork went in, the mound collapsed onto the table.
These are a few suggestions to make the dining experience a whole lot better!

Waiters didn't engage in conversation, just took order. One of them was hard to understand. We were six people & our food came in three batches, so the people who got served first that waited for the others, ended up eating cold food. What restaurant does that? Food comes out together for the table. We were six not twenty people. & we all ordered burgers, so no one had anything different. Also, one chicken burger was burnt. Drinks were good.

Quasiment 45 min entre notre arrivée & la réception des soupers, c'était long. Sinon all good
