Had the combo for 2. Spicy broth is good as soup personally Sukiyaki for who likes sweetness The dessert today were delicious! The cake within mashed red beans is yummy. Matcha ice cream doesn't have a strong taste of milk & it's a little bitter combined with sweet which is tastyView more
Overall, quite pricey for the quality of food & service. Every plate of vegetable & rice is clearly prepared well in advance (the rice was quite dry, obviously not fresh, by the time we received it for example). It took well over 30 minutes for our order to be taken, & another 40 for food plates to arrive. Entrees & drinks were served last. My disappointment over the experience stems from their inability to cater to dietary requirements. I do not have particularly difficult ones to accommodate - I am lactose intolerant & have to avoid tofu for health concerns. Each meal comes with a plate of rice cakes & tofu. I asked to please not waste food & not to bring me the tofu since I won't be able to eat it, but if at all possible would like more rice cake to compensate. I was brought the tofu plate, being told substitutions were not possible (which is fair... but I still can't safely have tofu, & no other solution was offered). Then came dessert which was included. My options were a scoop of Oreo ice cream, or espresso with vanilla ice cream. Other menus had melon for dessert so I asked if I could possibly have that instead seeing as I am lactose intolerant, as they were told... I was replied "no". For a restaurant which has, on its menu, "please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements & we will be happy to accommodate you", it fell quite short of the mark.View more
Amazing dinner on New Year's Eve. Such fresh & delicious food. Lamb was the best following by the beef. Highlight of our trip to Montreal.View more

View more
Great fondu restaurant, great food quality. The owner makes his own Goma sauce & ponzu sauce to go with the menu. Both sauces are amazing. Decor goes with the style of the restaurant. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.View more
The food was great. We were to they had a bunch of reservations coming out but we could & a seat for an allotted time. The meat was wonderful quality & everything else was spectacular as well. Staff explained everything very well of the ins & outs.View more
This place is my favorite of all the hotpot spots in Montreal! I never leave there unsatisfied. The menu changed over time but the food is always delicious. You have your own pot & you choose your broth & the meat you want. It's a shame I didn't take a picture. price is a bit high but the experience is worth it! :) I chose the meat lover combo with the spicy broth & I wasn't disappointed! The waitresses were polite & available. Definitely will come back & recommend!View more
It was a very cool first experience! You choose your broth & meat combo & then the food starts coming. It's a beautiful large assortment of veggies, tofu & mushrooms. Then come the sauces, the sides & the meat. The beef & seafood were extraordinary! The porc was delicious but a little fatty. Personally, I let the porc sit much longer in the broth to give the broth more depth. As you go through all the food, you're also kind of making your own soup as you go. The staff was awesome, Atmosphere is cool. Nothing fancy, I was just in shorts & a polo shirt & didn't feel out of place. The place is upstairs, the sign isn't clear, make sure you look for the address, that's how we found it. Will definitely be back & will be bringing my foodie friends.View more

More expensive in recent years so I go less frequent but it’s quite good. The quality of the ingredients is really top & you just don’t want it to end! Great broth. Around $50 / person.View more

The food is amazing. It's been my husband & I's favorite restaurant for 2 years now. The prices are good too. If you've never tried asian fondue...you're missing out.
