This is our favorite restaurant. My husband & I are vegetarian & this restaurant is a absoluterly has so many options for us. We do takeout normally. My husband's favorite dish is Dal Makhani & mine is Mandi Vegetarian, Bagara Baigan (eggplant)
The portion is generous & often we have leftover & still taste good the next day.

We only visit here for the food but everytime we visit it is an instant regret because of the service & ambience. The atmosphere & cleanliness is always disappointing. I think you could put in more effort for improving the neatness of the restaurant. I hope it will get better!!
We arrived at 9:30 PM & were informed that we would need to wait. At that time, we were unaware that the estimated waiting period would be approximately one hour. However, it became evident that there was ample space available on the upper level. After 10:30 PM, the upstairs area was opened, allowing all patrons to enter. The initial one-hour wait for entry seemed unreasonable given the circumstances.
Once we were seated, it took an additional 15 minutes for our orders to be taken. I inquired as to why the upstairs was not opened sooner, to which they responded that only two staff members were available, despite the presence of numerous employees. When I requested water, I was informed that my colleague was filling it & would bring it shortly. After another 15 minutes without water, it was finally provided.
Upon receiving our food, one of the dishes was contaminated. I brought this to their attention, & they suggested I order something else. I insisted on receiving a replacement for the dish I had originally ordered. They assured me that there would be no additional charge for the new dish. However, when the bill arrived, I noticed that I was charged for the contaminated dish, while the replacement, which was not to my liking, was not charged.
Throughout this experience, I sensed a lack of supervision or management oversight. Given the significant investment made in the establishment, it would be prudent to have a designated individual to oversee operations & guide the staff. Additionally, many of the dishes were excessively spicy & oily. I tried the Mandi Alfahm, which did not resemble the traditional Arabic recipe. Furthermore, the prices were considerably higher compared to Indian restaurants in Montreal.
They made alterations to a well-known portrait, which are not favorable.
I ordered goat Rogan dosh it's was best mutton I ate , this type of mutton I have same eaten 3 years aga in India .I would highly recommend for this restaurant & thanks you chef Anshul who made this delicious food

Flavors of the food were very good but some of the portions were really small. We wanted mutton Rara but it wasn't available. We also asked for hot peppers or Indian pickles on the side & that was not available. Dishes weren't served with any serving spoons & we were told to use our personal spoons. Service was terrible, the staff seemed untrained. On arrival it took the two servers over 5m to come greet us, they were just looking at us & there was only one table in the restaurant. Watching them clear & reset that table when they left gave me a headache as it looked like the person had never done that before. The table we were sat at was also was not cleaned properly & when we were finished after asking for our bill twice the table was never cleared.
I went there with a group of friends & it was phenominal. I've always been hesitant to try out Indian food in restaurants because they hardly ever compare to the homemade stuff but, this blew my expectations out of the water. We ordered a massive platter to share between the 4 of us. It was the first time I had Indo-Chinese food & it made me became an instant fan. I highly recommend their lollipop chicken & the chicken manchurian. The service was very courteous & welcoming as well. No matter how much I try I can't find a single nitpick.
It's my fourth time that I eat there & it's always the same tasty food & good service I love the Indian food & I think that it's the best restaurant that can a non Indian person like me discover the real traditional food of this amazing country ❤️thanks a lot
I'd recommend ordering online instead of dining in. I noticed a disparity in how customers were seated & served, which was upsetting to witness. Also, when I ordered a curry recently, I was concerned about the amount of food coloring used. While the food was okay, dining in might require some extra patience during peak times.
Amazing Indian restaurant in Montreal. Warm welcome, excellent service & delicious food. I had the butter chicken & I 100% recommend it. A place not to miss !

Honest opinion: Great food!-> everything was fresh & on point! The taste was perfect with the level of spiciness & marination! The service was quick & very well guiding servers. BUT THE PRICE is kind off a ripoff for the amount of protein given Overall amazing experience!!
The food here was spectacular.The ambiance ,music food everything is topic notch.The chicken marag soup is a must try.We also had chicken Telangana, shrimps.The mutton biryani was a shop stopper! Defn recommend this place!
