My friends & I visited this place during the F1 weekend, & while the food itself was quite good, the service was exceptionally slow & disorganized.
Our starters arrived promptly, which was a promising start. However, after finishing them, we waited a frustrating 30 minutes for our main courses to arrive. We tried to flag down several waiters, who repeatedly told us'2 minutes' but never returned. When we finally managed to get the attention of another staff member, she candidly admitted that our main courses hadn't even been started yet.
This level of unprofessionalism & what appeared to be untrained staff was very disappointing. While the food was enjoyable, the prolonged wait & misleading communication significantly detracted from our dining experience. I would not recommend dining in at Shazz, especially during busy periods. If you're set on trying their food, I suggest opting for takeout instead.Voir plus
