We are picky eaters, but Sergiolino restaurant was wow wow food amazing atmosphere & most of all our waiter Michel one of the best I have ever had. A must go 100%.
I had a nice experience at this restaurant overall. The chicken dishes were delicious, & the decor was charming. Friendly service: our server was helpful, advising us on portion sizes & caring. However, one small downside was the hostess's approach. In Montreal, it seems to be a habit for hosts to say,'You have to leave by X hour'-even when there's plenty of time before that hour, which can feel a bit off-putting. The tiramisu was also a letdown. Although it's labeled as being made in-house by the chef, it tasted more like a supermarket dessert. Nonetheless, I'll definitely come back to try their appetizers, pizza, or pasta.

First off, being AMEX-friendly is a huge plus! We had a wonderful dining experience! The calamari, rigatoni Bolognese, & ricotta ravioli were all delicious, & the pepperoni pizza was a standout. The ambiance was fantastic, earning a perfect 10/10. The service was exceptional as well, also a 10/10, with very attentive staff. I highly recommend this place! A special shoutout to our waitress Andrada, the staff, & Sergio for demonstrating that hospitality is an art. They are truly outstanding hosts!
I visited Sergiolino with my family & I was thoroughly impressed by the service, particularly from our server, Michel. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcomed & valued. So pleasant & so funny & made our diner & more particularly my night so special with his sense of humor. Michel took the time to explain the menu & offered excellent recommendations based on our preferences. His attentiveness was remarkable & he checked in on us at just the right moments without being intrusive. Overall, the combination of delicious food & outstanding service made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant & will definitely be returning!

L'ambiance est présente, j'ai simplement trouvé que la musique était trop forte. Je devais parler fort pour me faire entendre. Quand je suis arrivé, sur la rue près de la place bell, je ne savais pas par où rentrer. Je ne voyais tout simplement pas le resto. J'ai dû appelé la réceptionniste pour avoir plus de direction. Ce serait quelque chose à revoir. En plus j'ignorais qu'il y avait un stationnement intérieur gratuit. J'ai pris les penne alla gigi, c'était bon mais les penne au poulet épicé de mon amie était délicieuse. Je vais retrouver que pour cela. Le service est bien.
Excellent service, wonderful nice staff. A very welcome environment, food was delicious aswell. Sergiolino has everything a 5 Star restaurant offers. Recommend 1000%!

Very fun & lively dining experience. The ambiance is great, the music is good & very nostalgic. It's a great place to celebrate your birthday or any special day. The waiter (Enzo) gave us an amazing service, unlike what we see nowadays. He was kind, attentive to small details & made sure we were pleased with everything. & thanks for the limoncello shots at the end!
