I was shocked at my experience here, & staffs unwillingness to help my baby... After ordering a sandwich, eggnog latte, cookie, & smoothie, I asked for a cup of hot water to heat my baby's bottle. The employee refused, stating we would have to pay for it. This is not only unreasonable but also inhumane-my baby needed to eat, & I was made to feel uncomfortable for asking for something so simple. It's a shame that basic hospitality for families with young children seems to be lacking here. I'll be considering other cafes in the future!!Voir plus
