The employees here are extremely rude. 10 mins before they close, I ordered coffee. Since there was quite a bit of wait, I sat on one of the benches. One of the employees (one with the glasses) immediately asked me to get up & she said I cannot sit there because she just mopped the place. Mind you, I had no intention of eating/drinking there. They still had 10 mins to serve the customers. Basic manners is missing & the coffee was bad too. Never visiting this place again.
Despite the negative reviews for this coffee shop, I've been here several times & haven't run into any issue. On my recent trip here, I got a small black coffee which was piping hot & not stale. I probably waited around 2 minutes before my turn came up. I did want to grab some sweets such as the nutella cookie & the cannoli as those are my favorite to get, but the display for the sweets was pretty empty as I had gone during the rush hour. That being said, the nutella cookie is really soft & has plenty of nutella inside, fairly big in size if you're willing to share or not. Cannoli is generously filled with ricotta, the shell is firm & crunchy, making it a great dessert to enjoy.
I had to repeat myself more than 3 times to the guy behind the counter. Seemed like he was clueless with what's in their menu, even though I specifically ordered a white chocolate Frappuccino. Tasted more like vanilla than chocolate, weigh too sweet, & he charge me freaking $6 just for a drink alone! I didn't even order any food! Definitely keep in mind, you want a really good white chocolate Frappuccino, I highly recommend the Pierrefonds location!

I would like to thank all of the staff for their amazing service! their smoothies is always so great & refreshing, I definitely recommend their green mango smoothie. As someone who works in retail, it can be hard to work through rushes so I admire the staff for being able to operate in times where things can escalate! I say bravo to them all, they're doing an awesome jo
