I have been visiting this Second Cup café for the past couple of years whenever I have medical appointments at a nearby hospital, my last visit was 2nd week of July. It has become one of my favourite cafés in Montreal.
They consistently serve one of the best lattes I've had in the city-always smooth, rich, & expertly prepared. Their pastries are always fresh & delicious, & my absolute favorite is the Nutella croissant. It's the perfect treat with a latte.
The café is always clean, well-maintained, & welcoming, making it a comfortable place to relax before or after an appointment. The quality & consistency keep me coming back.
I always look forward to my next visit & highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great coffee, fresh pastries, & a pleasant atmosphere.

Loved the experience & their coffee. Was there last weekend with a couple of my girl friends & as usual the staff where super welcoming & friendly. One of the best coffee shops.

I hadn't been in awhile, & it's the first time I found the experience mediocre. The barista heated my croissant without asking--I didn't bring it back, because though I prefer it cold, it's good both ways. But either it wasn't fresh or they over-heated it, because it wasn't moist & flakey, & as it cooled it became hard. The matcha latte wasn't the best I had this summer either, though maybe that's just Second Cup's recipe.

It's still the best space in the area for studying because there is lots of space & lots of outlets, which I appreciate. But looking at the low reviews lately I wonder if it's kinda going downhill. (There was also no music playing? It was an odd experience.)

I went to this place on Saturday night & I bought the piece of cake, i asked the employee about the price of all the cakes he told me all of them are around 9$, i went again on Sunday night i bought the other cake slice but the price was same as the employee told me, but this time there's other employee & he charged 12.64$ for that other cake slice, but the other employee told me that they all are same price 1 day ago. I don't know why he charged more.

Je commande un café glacé je ressors avec un thé glacé..
Le service était très peu chaleureux. Je ne recommande pas vraiment. Le menu proposaient de bonnes boissons pourtant & les pâtisseries ont l'air bonnes.

I asked for a cortado, he gave me an expensive 20 oz latte. I said'this is not a cortado.' He said'cortado is open to interpretation.' It was 5:30 am so I just drank it. Now my lactose intolerance is gurgling in my intestines.
