Le service était très peu chaleureux. Je ne recommande pas vraiment. Le menu proposaient de bonnes boissons pourtant & les pâtisseries ont l'air bonnes.
I asked for a cortado, he gave me an expensive 20 oz latte. I said'this is not a cortado.' He said'cortado is open to interpretation.' It was 5:30 am so I just drank it. Now my lactose intolerance is gurgling in my intestines.
I ordered a large coffee with an added espresso shot & Splenda, but there was no Splenda available despite it being selected in advance.
Even with the added espresso, the drink tasted extremely weak & watery, with very little coffee character. It lacked depth & body, & did not have the expected richness that espresso is meant to add. The overall flavour came across as dull & lifeless, despite its dark appearance.
When I mentioned that the coffee was cold, I was told it had just been made & was then reheated using a steamer. The response felt dismissive rather than focused on addressing the issue in the moment.
For a $6 coffee from a major chain like Second Cup, I expect a properly hot, well-balanced drink, consistent flavour, & basic items like Splenda to be in stock. Unfortunately, this order did not meet that standard.

That was super rude of him, he cared more about how I put a free coffee down, even though I said I have points since it's my birthday. He made it bad on purpose, & I ended up throwing it.
He also insisted you guys didn't want anything to eat, just free coffee.
Très déçu de mon expérience ce jour. Le serveur en service le 8 juin à 18h45 ne sait pas faire les smoothies.
J'ai commandé un smoothie choco-banane & le résultat est catastrophique. Cela ressemble à rien. Aucune consistance ni onctuosité ni glace pillée pour un effet mousseux. Une commande ratée. À la place, on m'a servi une préparation hybride, une boisson très fluide se rapprochant d'un café glacé. Juste la banane broyée apportait un épaississement léger. Je me suis plains au serveur qui n'a pas voulu ajuster ma commande. Je l'ai prévenu que devant son refus, je laisserai un commentaire négatif de mon expérience. Je n'y retournerai plus. Allez dans un autre Second Cup pour les smoothies.
Je suis allé dans ce café à deux reprises pour lui donner une seconde chance, mais mon expérience n'a pas été satisfaisante. Le café avait un goût beaucoup trop fort à mon goût & je ne l'ai pas trouvé agréable. De plus, l'endroit manque d'aération, ce qui rend l'atmosphère peu confortable. Je suis resté environ 15 minutes avant de partir. J'espère que ces points pourront être améliorés à l'avenir.
Good place study, if you want a place come at the off hours, ore seats. Solid Wi-Fi & the staff is cool. The cakes are a little over priced in my opinion but still good food.
20$ pour une part de tarte aux pacanes insipide (8.25$ à elle seule), un café transparent (demandé noir) & quelques centilitres de... diabolo grenadine débordant de glace à ras-bird. Servi par une demoiselle au téléphone. & la machine qui demande le tip devant ce cirque (que je n'ai pas donné, on va arrêter le foutage de tronche.)
Monter les prix, ok. Abusivement baisser une qualité déjà bien en deça, c'est non.
Oui, c'est ouvert 24h & c'est bien son seul avantage, qui n'en est plus un. Le service s'est dégradé d'année en année. C'était un lieu que je fréquentais, & qui aujourd'hui n'offre plus selon moi le service attendu. Oui, à Montréal vous aurez mieux & moins cher.
