The barista is very good & very friendly & knows exactly how to make my hot chocolate, but the quality of the chocolate is not as good as some other places.
J'ai pris un simple chocolat chaud. Aucun problème avec la boisson en elle même. J'ai attendu longtemps alors que c'est un mélange de poudre. Il y a souvent du monde. & malgré un grand nombre de places assises je n'ai pas eu de place. Les chaises & tables sont entassées. L'ambiance est bruyante même si la plupart y reste pour étudie

Service très moyen, les baristas se trompent beaucoup dans les commandes. Service nul pas agréable avec les clients,matcha trop prononcé goût épinard, corretto caramel déguelasse, le lait puait, trop de glaçons & de café, on ne sent pas le caramel. Brownie cramé sec & déguelasse. Mauvaise expérience je vous le déconseille.
Second Cup in my area has honestly become my second home. I've spent countless hours here studying, planning, & just recharging. The atmosphere is super cozy & welcoming - perfect if you want to focus, read, or even have a quiet meeting.
What makes this place extra special is the service. Ghassan, the owner, is a genuinely kind & respectful guy. He treats people like family - always remembers your drink, asks how you're doing, & keeps the vibe friendly & stress-free. You don't find that often.
