Je souhaite partager mon expérience très positive au Second Cup, notamment grâce Zakaria .
Le service est vraiment au niveau : accueil chaleureux, professionnalisme & attention aux détails. On sent la passion dans la manière dont le café est préparé & servi.
& surtout, le café est excellent ! Toujours bien dosé, savoureux & préparé avec soin.

Today, around 6:15 pm, the one male employee managing the café threw his jacket (with keys/coins) right next to my husband. When you hear a loud sound hitting right next to you, it can be pretty unpleasant, plus it doesn't look super professional on the employee. The employee did not offer an apology & did not seem to care about his behavior. I just hope this doesn't happen again.
I went with friends to the café on the afternoon of the 25th. I received poor service from one of the cashiers who was on duty. The coffee & the appetizers were delicious; only the service was very bad.

Love this cafe! I come here at least once a month to work. The staff is very friendly & they take the time to build a rapport with you & know you by name. It's also very well situated downtown & opens early.

Super cozy & welcoming atmosphere. I was also very satisfied with my drink. Out of most chain cafes I would personally rank Second Cup the highest!
Bel endroit, assez grand & calme. Le café est chaud & délicieux. Le croissant aux amandes était divin. Bon menu, excellent service plusieurs tables.
