I'm a long-time customer of this café & i like the new look after the renovation. The interior design has improved a lot & the atmosphere feels really nice now. The staff are friendly, helpful, & always smiling. I really enjoyed my coffee & dulce de leche cake on a very cold day. recommended ✨

Extremely disappointed with my visit. I ordered filter coffee, & they served me a single shot with hot water, claiming it was filter coffee. The quality was terrible, & they were blatantly dishonest about it. The place also smelled like onion & food, making it impossible to enjoy coffee. I will never come here again & definitely won't recommend it!'

Excellent café latte! I love this location too-right in central Downtown Montréal. It has plenty of seating, spacious two floors, & a cozy ambiance. Plus, it's clean & well-maintained! Would come often & highly recommended for the latte.

Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde gratitude envers Oscar, qui a véritablement rendu ma visite au Second Cup Café mémorable. Son accueil chaleureux & son sourire sincère m'ont immédiatement mis à l'aise. Il a pris le temps de m'écouter & m'a recommandé une boisson qui était tout simplement parfaite. Honestly most mid beverage I have gotten. Two redbull infusions for 18$ is bonkers. Tasted watered down. Would recommend to someone who doesn't like sweet things though. Edit: Wrote this while finishing my beverage, I take back what I said about the sweetness. Bottom of the cup gave me diabetes.

It's a great palace to grab a cup of coffee while you wait, do some work, or do college homework. The staff are friendly. I recommend having a piece of cheese cake with your coffee.
