Second Cup Café est perçu comme un espace spacieux et central, avec un excellent cafe, une ambiance cosy et de nombreux sieges et prises, ideal pour etudier ou se detendre. Le personnel est generalement sympathique et accueillant, et le service est rapide, les renovations ayant amelioré l'interieur. L'emplacement attire une clientele soutenue et la selection de cafes, patisseries et sandwiches est appreciee, ce qui en fait un choix fiable pour une pause cafe en ville. Certaines visites signalent un service plus lent aux heures de pointe, des erreurs occasionnelles ou des interactions peu chaleureuses, et des boissons qui n'atteignent pas toujours le niveau attendu, comme un frappe mal prepare ou un cafe servi comme du filtre. Malgre des remarques sur les prix ou des odeurs environnantes, l'experience globale reste positive et beaucoup envisagent de revenir au Second Cup Café.
At this location on Monday around 12:30, there was a young woman working by herself who was incredibly rude. I ordered something from the menu, & she looked at me as if she were disgusted. She was very standoffish & just plain rude.
I had a great experience here. The coffee was fresh & well-made, & the atmosphere was cozy & perfect for studying or relaxing. The staff were friendly & the service was quick. Definitely a nice spot if you're looking for a good coffee break in the city. I'll be coming back!
I find the employees often make mistakes & act cold with customers. Lots of seating & electric outlets available, great place for studying. However, I would rather go somewhere else.

Just arrived in Montreal & was looking for a hot coffee when I came across Second Cup. Such a cute & cozy spot! The staff was super friendly, there's plenty of space to sit, read, or work, & the selection of coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, & pastries is great.

The service is good. The staff are nice & very welcoming. There's no problem there but the frappe they made me was horrible. It was 90% ice with a touch of coffee. For 7.50$ it was really not worth it.
Lovely café with such a warm vibe. The lady working there was very kind, I had chocolate cake & earl grey tea both were great. A perfect spot to chill for a bit.
