Super cute café with tree wifi, friendly staff, & they play tame impala music. Also the whole café except the toilette is really clean & the matcha is really good Also THANK you so much for whoever is playing the tame impala playlist ur making my Life better :)
The staff makes this an outstanding place! I was visiting from out of province & was hesitant to go places as I don't speak French. When I went to order , I apologized for my lack of French speaking skills & the staff immediately warmed up & helped me feel at home with their warm smiles. I needed guidance on exploring the city as I was going to be in Montreal only for a few hours - & the staff went out of their way to help. They made my day! It is a real treat to feel so welcomed in an unknown city :)
Best coffee place in downtown. The baristas were so friendly & helpful, the iced chia was to die for, & the atmosphere is chill. Love it!
This place is one of the best! Their customer service is so great, I come here often even though I live far & it's always the same experience.
Lots of seating & great service, the people are nice! However I don't like to see flys flying around in the glass cabinets where the food is... maybe put some fly traps around.

Son accueil chaleureux & son sourire sincère m'ont immédiatement mis à l'aise. Il a pris le temps de m'écouter & m'a recommandé une boisson qui était tout simplement parfaite. The place had a nice vibe but the music was too loud. I got the frozen hot chocolate. The ice wasn't crushed very well. The washroom was very nasty. The service was good.

The taste of cheesecake is good however the taste of coffee was worst in this second cup café. Location is excellent, staff are nice but won`t be visiting here again for coffee.
This place was out of a lot of the items listed on their menu. Out of teas, splenda & who knows what. The girls that served me were very efficient & made light of the situation. It's obviously a management problem.

nothing smooth about smoothies from that location. you chew on ice & throw away a half of a drink as you need utensils to "enjoy" it. been there a couple of times over the last 2 years. always bad. other location downtown does way better job.
Honestly most mid beverage I have gotten. Two redbull infusions for 18$ is bonkers. Tasted watered down. Would recommend to someone who doesn't like sweet things though. Edit: Wrote this while finishing my beverage, I take back what I said about the sweetness. Bottom of the cup gave me diabetes.
I really liked the place itself! I got a bacon, egg, & cheese bagel that was pretty good. However, I also got a lavender lemonade refresher that tasted like straight up carbonated water with nothing else. The place is really nice though & the servers are nice too.
Clean & professional staff, was there grand prix weekend & place was packed, still managed to get quick friendly service in both languages.
