Lovely café with such a warm vibe. The lady working there was very kind, I had chocolate cake & earl grey tea both were great. A perfect spot to chill for a bit.

I'm a long-time customer of this café & i like the new look after the renovation. The interior design has improved a lot & the atmosphere feels really nice now. The staff are friendly, helpful, & always smiling. I really enjoyed my coffee & dulce de leche cake on a very cold day. recommended ✨
Excellente expérience au café. Malika offre un service impeccable, toujours avec le sourire & une grande gentillesse. Elle fait vraiment la différence.
i had a cinnamon latte today morning. delicious & expertly crafted. exactly what I look for in a café. they have a great selection of coffee & & speciality drinks for each season, all made with care. definitely will come back again.I can tell the team really care about their customers, their welcoming & being friendly made my day
The cafe & the coffee itself are not bad, the service however isn't ideal. There was a cashier who was significantly rude. Maybe she was under pressure, this being a busy location, but she was quite uncivil.
Excellent café latte! I love this location too-right in central Downtown Montréal. It has plenty of seating, spacious two floors, & a cozy ambiance. Plus, it's clean & well-maintained! Would come often & highly recommended for the latte.

Super cute café with tree wifi, friendly staff, & they play tame impala music. Also the whole café except the toilette is really clean & the matcha is really good Also THANK you so much for whoever is playing the tame impala playlist ur making my Life better :)

Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde gratitude envers Oscar, qui a véritablement rendu ma visite au Second Cup Café mémorable. Son accueil chaleureux & son sourire sincère m'ont immédiatement mis à l'aise. Il a pris le temps de m'écouter & m'a recommandé une boisson qui était tout simplement parfaite. The taste of cheesecake is good however the taste of coffee was worst in this second cup café. Location is excellent, staff are nice but won`t be visiting here again for coffee.
Un cadre sympathique, une serveuse à l'écoute mais la commande est mal cernée car le petit crème se transforme en 1/2 litre de café au lait. Le cadre est moderne & relativement propre
Première à ce second cup & j'ai tout simplement tombé sous le charme. J'ai adoré se café. Vaste, plusieurs places assises, sur 2 étages. Excellent service. Le café était délicieux. Il y avait des desserts qui me paraissaient divins. Ambiance calme avec une excellente musique de fond. Que demander de mieux.
