C'est amusant car l'architecture intérieur est similaire à celui du Second Cup à Bucharest, avec un demi second étage. Ça aucun bon sens le prix poir leur drink de l'été avec du Red Bull. Plus de 8$. Maid c'est bon.
Le service est excellent. Pour le stationnement c'est sur la rue, vérifiez bien les heures du parconètre.
The cafe & the coffee itself are not bad, the service however isn't ideal. There was a cashier who was significantly rude. Maybe she was under pressure, this being a busy location, but she was quite uncivil.
Need a place for your backpack? You have found it! Stop by for good coffee & nice snacks. It's a nice spot to study as well!
I usually love Second Cup but this location is a major miss. The service was awful - two unfriendly baristas took my order, seemingly inconvenienced by the fact that a customer would come in to order a coffee. The coffee was lukewarm & I was instructed to move away from the milk counter, because I was'on the wrong side' even though there was no indication of there being a right or wrong side. Unpleasant experience overall.
We got lucky & were able to sit right up front so we got to enjoy our coffee & snack while watching people walk by.
This is a very busy corner, it was nice to slow down & warm up for a while!
This Second Cup is huge, there were many people either on their computers or just reading a book.
The noise level was very low for such a busy & large coffee shop.

I very disappointed that this Second Cup never has the biscotti & the freshii energy balls. They only serve pastries & sandwiches. Why wouldn't they serve the same things as all other branches?
New renovations look beautiful! Staff is so friendly & provide great service. My favorite Second Cup in town 🙌🏽
Excellent café latte! I love this location too-right in central Downtown Montréal. It has plenty of seating, spacious two floors, & a cozy ambiance. Plus, it's clean & well-maintained! Would come often & highly recommended for the latte.
I must say that the person you really need service with is Derya! I ordered a dark chocolate hazelnut latte, & although it was really mixed, she patiently prepared my order. She was always smiling & very nice, cute girl! Your coffee shop needs those who work like Derya! See you soon!
Manque de salubrité & personnel incompétent, mais l'endroit est stratégique. Toilettes horribles à éviter.
J'aimais avant ... aujourd'hui mon capuchino n'était pas très chaud c'était comme un café ordinaire très ordinaire.
She didn't want to do what I ordered I kept arguing & in the end I got smth I didn't order from the beginning, & they doesn't follow second cup recipes, but the place is good to work or to study etc..
The staff is very nice & very quick. The vibe is really nice as well but the bathroom is disgusting!!! It smells horrible, the floor seems like they haven't been cleaned in months, the paper toilet rolls are just on top of the toilet, the soap dispenser is holding on for dear life, & the toilet takes like 10 seconds to fully flush down... for a second cup I would imagine the bathrooms are better maintained. Besides that, it's a nice place to study & chill.
Un bon café sans prétention avec un service correct & des boissons savoureuses. L'ambiance est calme & agréable, parfait pour un moment de détente le matin. ☕

Famous place to relax for coffee also the day. Fabulous Employees no hard work no paychecks. Great work efforts nicely served.
