Headline: Unacceptable Service & Insulting $3 Resolution on a $118 Order
'I spent $118 on a takeout order at Seau de Crabe, & unfortunately, the experience was a major disappointment. They completely forgot the rice-a staple for a seafood boil-& when I called to resolve it, I was offered a measly $3. For an order this expensive, that is an insulting response.
Worse, they suggested they would only give me the missing rice if I ordered through Uber next time. Expecting a customer to pay for a new delivery & service fees just to get what was already paid for is a scam. Between the mediocre food & the horrible customer service, I cannot recommend this place. I am still waiting for a proper refund for the missing items & the poor handling of this situation.'
Very disappointing experience with the pickup order.
We found a piece of foil in our food, which is completely unacceptable & raises a food safety & quality control. My 7 year old son saw it in his plate & was about to take it, this might have caused health issues.
When we reached out the service is poor & our concerns weren't taken seriously.
The manager was unhelpful & difficult to communicate in English nor French, which made resolving the issue more difficult.
Overall I am very disappointed. I expected more care, professionalism & accountability.

The food was amazing i have never felt more full in my life. I loved they service our waiter was super attentive of us & always ready to help. I reccomend 100%
The best server at Seau de crabe is by far Gabby. She's a very nice young lady, she was very sweet & understanding when we had an order mix up. If you guys go, I hope you get the chance to meet Gabby, 10/10 costumer service. I'm really satisfied with my night.
Our server was amazing! Her name is Gabi, & she was attentive & helpful throughout our entire visit. She provided outstanding customer service. I would 100% recommend this place, especially if Gabi is your server!
