Nous avons passé un très bon moment au restaurant Seau de Crabe. La nourriture était délicieuse & l'ambiance très agréable. Un grand merci à Baily & Erica pour leur excellent service à table, leur gentillesse & leur attention tout au long du repas. Elles ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We arrived me & my friend to this branch of Sceau de Crabe & we wanted to try it for the first time, we can the service was so slow, we wanted to sit on the comfortable chairs & there was just one empty they just need to clean it, the lady serving said that they need time to do it & asked us to choose another table ...we moved to the other side, we waited no one came to serve us & meanwhile new people arrived, she directed went to clean up that table for them & went to check their order...after seeing this me & my friend left directly...I won't say it is just bad service but it is a kind of discrimination as we are Arabs & the other people who came in were white...this is unacceptable in Montreal with the huge Arab population here !! Will never consider to come to Sceau de Crabe neither advise any of my friends to come here...

I came here on a Sunday & I was greeted with the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. This short, dark blonde haired girl with fake eyelashes was rude to my wife & I & we were waiting for up to 30-45 minutes for our food to arrive while she was eating & on her phone. The food was amazing but the lack of customer service was astonishing.

The tall girl who serve food for rud lier she bring 14 shrimp & charge me 22 shrimp plus I told her no hot sauce very spicy she not even say sorry

Today was the first time I ate at Sceau de Crabe. It was my daughter's choice & I'm glad I tried it. We had mussels, crab & shrimp with potatoes & rice as sides. The order came to our table rather quickly & it was very tasty! The waitress was very friendly. I only gave 2 stars for atmosphere as there were only a few other customers, & one family sat at the booth next to us even though the restaurant was rather empty. What bothered me about that is that all three of them were watching videos on their phones with the volume quite loud. It was disrespectful on their behalf & if I were the waitress I would have requested that they lower their volume or sit elsewhere.
