We had such a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, & the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, & made us feel very welcome.
The ambience was also amazing-beautiful, comfortable, & perfect for enjoying a great meal with family & friends. Everything came together perfectly, from the food to the service & the atmosphere.

This is my 3rd time visiting Seau de Crabe in Laval, & once again, I absolutely loved the food & the whole experience! 🦀🦐 Everything was delicious, fresh, flavorful, & served with generous portions. You can really tell that they care about the quality of their food.
But what makes the experience even better is the amazing crew. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, & attentive. A special thank you to Joanna, the manager, who is absolutely wonderful! She has such a great sense of humor & knows how to make customers feel comfortable & enjoy their time. Her positive energy really adds something special to the restaurant.
Every visit has been a great experience, & after my 3rd time here, I can confidently say that Seau de Crabe is definitely a place I'll keep coming back to. Great food, great people, & great vibes! ❤?🦀

Warning: I became extremely sick a few hours after eating here. I vomited throughout the night & still had stomach pain the following day.
Your response does not accurately reflect what happened. I limited my review to the food poisoning symptoms I experienced after eating at your restaurant. However, now that I see you are also presenting a false version of events, I will be filing a formal complaint with the franchisor. I have also reported the incident to the appropriate food safety authorities. Your handling of this matter gives a very poor image of the entire company.
For clarity, when we reported that the mix was not what we had ordered, the server checked with the cook & returned to tell us that he did not know what he had prepared. Therefore, your current claim that the sauce was verified & confirmed to be correct directly contradicts what your own employee told us that evening.
The servers left us waiting without any explanation or update while they continued attending to other tasks. There was no sense of urgency, even though our food was sitting on the table & becoming cold. We waited more than 30 minutes before receiving an appropriate response. Manager Joanna was dismissive, showed no accountability, & handled our concern as though she were managing a poorly run cafeteria, not providing the professional service expected from a restaurant.
At the end of the evening, after we mentioned leaving a review, the cashier even attempted to remove the sign inviting customers to post a Google review. This childish reaction only further demonstrated the staff's lack of professionalism.
Je tiens à remercier le restaurant « Seau des crabes » de Laval pour ses plats délicieux ; le restaurant est propre, le personnel est aimable & le service rapide. Ce restaurant mérite d'être salué & applaudi. Je vous le recommande vivement ; dès que vous y aurez mangé, il deviendra sans aucun doute votre restaurant préféré pour déguster des fruits de mer.
