The attitude of the server was not respectful!
Instead of explaining the rules to not share the salad bar option with other people on table, she had an quite aggressive manner toward the customers!
We were rushing to grab a bite to eat between our commute from the Dorval Airport & Via Rail train station in Dorval.
Scores was walking distance from the train station & was a surprising treat for our family of four. I have never been to a Scores & had an awesome first experience.
The food was fresh, hot & exceeded expectations (particularly the salad bar) & thought it was great value. The owner / manager Costa was extremely warm & welcoming - & while the restaurant was packed he seemed to be checking in on customers in every corner of the reataurant.
He guaranteed that every trip through Dorval Airport moving forward will include a visit to his place.
Thanks for taking such good care of us & expediting service to accommodate our schedule.

Food was good but not appreciative about being seated next to a drafty window for which they turned the floor heaters off almost 1.5 hours before closing. Wasn't noticeable until the heat was off, waitress was nonexistent at that point & when franchisee came by he didn't seem overly concerned...he should have sent us home with something like a complimentary dessert. We have been going for 20+ years there.
The staff is very efficient & friendly. My small group dines once a week on Tuesday & our server is Valeriie. Francine & Hellene are also great servers.The price is right also.

I had a wonderful, quiet meal at this location. I was welcomed warmly & seated immediately in a lovely booth with great natural light.
My server was exceptionally polite & gracious; she brought water & took my drink order right away. The salad bar was incredibly fresh, the restaurant was spotless, & my food arrived quickly & was delicious.
Attentive service, great ambiance, & fantastic value for the price. I highly recommend this spot & will definitely be back!

Accueil chaleureux & installation immédiate à une table baignée de lumière naturelle. Ma serveuse était particulièrement polie & attentionnée : l'eau & les boissons sont arrivées tout de suite.
Le buffet des salades était très frais, le restaurant est impeccable & le service est rapide. Une ambiance paisible, un repas délicieux & un rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !
Our waitress Cici was outstanding! I appreciated her cheesecake recommendation! She a true waitress & is honest about what she likes & is good, unlike other servers at establishments thst say everything is good! Truly appreciate her!
The team & service at this scores location is unmatched. Everyone is so positive & caring, it truly gives you the feeling of being at home with family. We love it here & will be forever customers!
Bonne nourriture, options de bar à salade par contre c'est triste contrairement à leurs compétiteurs aucune options végan. Niveau service on voulait une table pour avoir plus de lumière & ils ont dit que cette table n'était pas servie & de bouger de 2 tables à côté...

So I came to have dinner with my kids like we do at this place once in a month or do takeout to my surprise today we went in for the dinner served by an old waitress the time of payment she came with the bill, I paid the bill & tipped her what I want she asked me how was my service I said it was good & it's always good to be here as we come from 30 km to have food from here as it's a good gluten free options restaurant then with an attitude she said you didn't tip me atleast 10% of your bill, I asked if it's a compulsion it's my wish & then she left. It's a first time experience at any good restaurant.
My experience at Scores in Dorval is ALWAYS beyond AMAZING!!!! The owners Kosta & Tammie are the BEST!!!!! This place has the BEST salad 🥗 bar ever also the food ALWAYS comes nice & hot same with the desserts 🍮 I LOVE coming here!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
