The famed Deli that Celine Dion part owned! We tasted the smoked meat, it is tender & juicy, not too salty which is suitable for Asians like me (Singaporean) & best of all, the price is around CAD14 which is very very reasonable for it's size. One of the places that I will probably come back if I got the chance to do so! Oh, we were lucky that there was no queue when we reached the place around 11am, your mileage may varies.View more

Meat is great but there are not enough sides to add to it, consider adding bread, rice, pita, something. Also the place it too small. You are forced to seat shoulder to shoulder with 2 other strangers. They should expand the restaurant to nearby locations.View more

Don't let the line outside stop you. It moved quick, as was the service once inside. The food was incredible, starting with the famous smoked meat sandwich. The poutine is a worthy side dish, too.View more

I was looking forward to trying their famous smoked meat sandwich during my MTL visit. This was my first visit & sadly will be my last as I was disappointed in the food & service from the takeout counter. I ordered a smoked meat sandwich, pickle & cherry coke. I was shocked by the small portion size given the price charged(almost 30$ for everything) & that there isn't a combo offered at the takeout counter. My sandwich was kind of dry & made me feel sick later; also my pickle seemed rotten(I had to throw it away after my first bite). Plus I witnessed the cashier coughing & then giving the takeout order receipt to the guy making sandwiches after I received my order. Her customer service was lacking & I see that seems to be an issue from others' reviews. Plus no straws for soft drinks? I wish I had read the reviews beforehand but oh well. I will try another spot for smoked meat next time & hopefully have a better experience.View more
