The owner, who was incredibly kind & easy to talk to, set the perfect tone for a fantastic meal. Firstly, let's talk about the food. Everything on the menu was made in-house, & you could taste the freshness in every bite. The schnitzel was perfectly crispy on the outside & tender on the inside, just as it should be. The homemade sausage was also a favourite, hint of spiciness with lots of flavour. What truly stood out, besides the delicious food, was the warm & welcoming atmosphere created by the owner. His passion for his craft was evident in every aspect of the experience, from the carefully curated menu to the impeccable service. It's not often that you come across such genuine hospitality, & it made the meal even more memorable. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an authentic German breakfast experience.
