The music from the restaurant beside was so loud that we could hear the boom boom nonstop which was not enjoyable. Fortunately, the loud music was reduced from restaurant beside.
For the first set of our orders, the food wasn't fresh &
cold. The second set of our orders, we can notice that the food was just made &
prepared fresh. My friend was very dissatisfied &
disappointed. She said she doesn't want to come to the restaurant anymore.
We have both been to this restaurant many times before & it was always en excellent choice & restaurant.
Hope that the quality of the food will get to the level that it used to be. Thanks.
Upon reading a comment ,I was weary of trying this place, one comment stated that it was diluted Thai Express... Well let me tell you how wrong people are...I am a big fan of Asian cuisine in all its forms...The food was absolutely delicious. The portions were great with not having to ask for refills. We ordered the Soups , Entrees, Salads, Meats, & Curries with the Pad Thai & Rice.. the quality of the food was above standards for most Asian all you can eat establishments...the shrimps were of a good size 21/25. Which is rare..the beef ,poultry were tender & cooked to perfection ....my background as a professional chef gives this restaurant 5 stars.. Hawk & his wait staff were attentive & provided this BYOW ESTABLISHMENT,with what lacks in most of these type of restaurants...Attention to detail....Need to try this place best value for your dollar.
We had a delicious dinner during the weekday, bring your own wine, wonderful staff, & good company with amazing quality dishes of Thai. So good! We highly recommend this restaurant!

I must admit, the restaurant service is extremely unique. You have the choice between all-you-can-eat or a la carte with the same menu. In all fairness, they are both very worth it since you will be having a taste test of a little bit of everything or a few of your favorite in a much bigger plate.
The food quality is considerably high & the pricing is more than justified. There are many choices, enough to find one of your liking. But there are still some of the hit or miss.
But overall, the experience felt amazing, & I got to taste dishes that are from several different culture.
Would reccommend with friends.
This used to be one of my favourite restaurant for Thai . I have recommended for many years to all my circle of friends & colleagues . Not so sure I will continue to do so ! Customer Service has become horrible . Especially one of the managers /waiter short & bald . No respect for his customers at ALL ! Always Rude Always in a bad mood ! For a sampling menu this particular manager always makes the clientele feel like they ordered too much. So some plates never show up, or take extremely long to make it to the table . If this is not your wanted business anymore, reconsider the sampling menu option ! ! For the increase in price being charged & the reduction in quality of food served today , & on top of that the horrible service & attitude take note that we can take & will take our business elsewhere, where customer satisfaction is put first !
Quality of food:- Excellent flavors & generous portions but food was not hot & cooled of quickly.
Menu: It is a coded phone menu & none of us understood how to proceed. I had to grab ancient paper menus on which the prices were outdated.
Prices: Comparable with most restaurants serving this genre of food.
Service: Poor! Nightmare is the only word to describe the quality of service. Communication between us & our server was curt, she did not understand our requests, did not deliver the requested modifications that we ordered [ we were accommodated on a previous visit] & we had to ask her 3 times for the bill. The manager was also exasperated with her as he asked her twice to generate the bill & she got annoyed because she was too busy taking orders from new arrivals. It took between 30 to 45 minutes from the time we asked for our invoice until we actually paid.
Atmosphere: beautiful interiors. noisy when restaurant is busy. Not a place for profound conversations.
Highlight:- the serenity, dignity & graciousness of the bus boys who deliverd our food & cleared the tables was a welcome contrast to the tension created by our server.
Parking: TERRIBLE!!!! We chose this venue because I could drive a handicapped member in our party to the front door situated in the parking lot & off the street. That was convenient & worth noting.. Sadly, the large parking lot was full & street directions & street parking prohibitions did not permit an easy alternative. I had to drive what felt like great distances to find a close parking spot but street traffic did not permit me to easily access the front door when returning to pick up my handicapped friend.
Reservations: Website only allowed me to book for 2. I had to phone to increase to 4.
Reservation confirmation: I was unable to reply to theccomputer generated request to confirm on my phone. Was only able to confirm on my laptop.
Summary: Judging from the continous flow of large groups of patrons throughout the evening, it is evident that this is a popular restaurant & that regulars have researched how to find parking in the neighborhood, even if it is several. blocks away. Not recommended for seniors with mobility issues.
Thoroughly enjoyed our feast once we got through the initial understanding of how it works for a group of people.
Found the decor very calming & inviting.
The quality of the food was very good & the portions & flavours were great.
All 5 of us came away favourably impressed & with plans to return soon.
Wednesday 28th I don't recommend, We ate there as a group & the food was very saucy & hardly any vegetables, all the plates looked nothing like the pictures, their excuses on the lack of vegetables especially spinach is their suppliers didn't have! The service waiter was so rude & he rushed all our plates to the point that we weren't even asked if we wanted tea at the end & we were told to hurry up because they closed in 10 minutes. I quality of the food was not like it used to be, we all had stomach aches & pains all night long after. Luckily we didn't 🤢!
My reservation was at we got seated at 830 waiting in the entrance. The food was good, a few things changed in taste & quality but nonetheless good. The service was good.
We chose this restaurant fro my Moms 83rd birthday. We have been coming to this restaurant for 7 years. The quality of food is excellent, but their level of service is terribly declined from bad to worse. I had a reservation for 5 people, checked in with the hostess, as she acted dazed & confused sat us down near the entrance, when I asked to be seated elsewhere she again acted confused, went to speak to 5 different people & said we don't have any room. The entire restaurant was empty. After arguing with her she hastily put us at the table in the back. Sour taste to the start of a special evening. Over the course of the evening they forgot to bring the Mango salad which the happily pointed out was not included in the degustation menu. I still got charged for it. Waiters are all young & experienced to say the least. Lastly got my bill, waited 20 minutes for someone to process it & 3 minutes later, interrupting our conversation was the same hostess telling us we need the table for another party. Management needs to do a much better job training every one from the ground up. Needless to say won't be going back, will perhaps order delivery.
great place for quality & speed to serve .. the servers were also pleasant & would probably benifit some personality courses .. but all in all very good .
