The food is really good & they have some interesting imports (e.g., soy sauces, bonito flakes, rice vinegars) that are hard to find elsewhere.

Je suis allée avec mes amis lors de la soirée thématique Japon & ce fut INCROYABLE! Exécution, saveurs, présentations... tout était impeccable! Sans oublier l'ambiance de la place, on en oublie qu'on est à Cowansville ! Bravo à toute l'équipe pour ce beau succès ! Longue vie à Sauce Prune ❤️

Un petit bijoux pour les gourmets! Ambiance conviviale, service impeccable, des plats frais, bien travaillés & le bon goût des ingrédients locaux. Un festival pour les papilles, je recommande vivement!

Un bel endroit avec du personnel qui aime ce qu'il fait. L'espace est séparé en deux : la partie épicerie & la partie "comptoir lunch". Bien que petite, l'épicerie propose des produits difficiles à trouver dans la région, comme de la sauce soja vieillie, des mochis & des nouilles pour stir-fry, du mirin, etc. Le menu du restaurant est très petit, mais cela permet un service rapide & une qualité exceptionnelle. Nous avons commandé deux plats principaux : BIANG BIANG MIAN : nouilles étirées à la main, canard, épinards, oreille de Judas, coriandre, huile épicée WONTONS : farce à la crevette nordique, huile de poireau, dashi au poireau, aneth, piment mariné, tatsoï On sent la passion autant dans le service que dans la préparation en cuisine. Cowansville a de la chance d'avoir un endroit comme celui-ci !
