Une cuisine vraiment exceptionnelle. Un des meilleurs repas asiatiques que nous ayons mangé depuis très longtemps. Tout est délicieux mais les wontons notamment nous ont laissé sous un choc gustatif qui a été long à se dissiper. Merci au chef & à son équipe pour ce merveilleux moment. Nous venons de trop loin pour revenir hélas mais nous souhaitons à ce restaurant tout le succès qu'il mérite.

Véritable incontournable des Cantons-de-l'Est, Sauce Prune nous fait voyager à chaque plat, downtown Cowansville.
La carte, habilement composée de produits locaux, se renouvelle régulièrement & donne littéralement envie de tout goûter. Chaque plat est 👌🏻.
Coté 🍷, les coups de coeur sont aussi au rdv : le soda gingembre est 🤘🏻& mention spéciale pour Appalaches Négoce, une collabo éphémère entre le Domaine l'Espiègle & le Projet Chalifoux.
Enfin, on ne peut passer sous silence le chef Félix Antoine Parenteau & son équipe. Accueil, ambiance, humour. Une note parfaite! Bonus point: l'épicerie & le comptoir de prêt-à-manger.

C'est vraiment une excellente place. Une belle cuisine fusion entre l'asiatique & la nourriture locale. Le chef travail avec les légumes de saison & fait à chaques semaines un nouveau menu toujours aussi délicieux.

En plus le restaurent est doublé d'une petite épicerie où tu peux acheter des produits asiatiques & des dumplings congelés.

Chef Felix & his partner prepare authentic Taiwanese style street food that hits the mark consistently. Sit at the chefs counter to enjoy their weekly specials: home made dumplings/ noodles/ with locally sourced meats/ Asian vegetables often from Le Rizen. Prepared meals to go & an Asian grocery store. My weekly go to for lunch.
