Review Summary

Sandwicherie Sue draws broad praise for fresh, flavorful banh mi and a generous selection of Asian groceries, with highlights including the tofu cilantro banh mi and a decadent ginger chicken version, while some note the bread can crumble and the menu offers only a couple of varieties at times, plus tipping on the sandwich feels a bit steep. The spot has a charming, market like vibe with few seats, making it a strong takeout option, and good weather can turn a walk to a nearby park into a nicer eating experience; careful handling of the box helps avoid misassembly. The staff are described as friendly and the overall impression is that the sandwiches are among the best banh mi in Montreal, a must for fans of Vietnamese flavors and for those seeking quick, fresh meals on the go, with the grocery selection and on site prepared meats to take home adding extra value.
