They are very sneaky in their business practices. Increase their prices depending on the customers, give less food that they conveniently'forgot' but charge you for it. Don't be fooled & support other ethical restaurants.

Very dirty kitchen & the food is not fresh. The chicken biryani always has more bones than meat, & tastes unfresh. I've been coming there for years & recently it has just been so bad I have no choice but to stop buying from there. The customer service is terrible, everytime I talk to the woman at the reception she has a very rude attitude & never smiles.

I was talking to a woman on the phone. She answered the call, & when I started speaking, she wasn't even listening to me. She started talking to other customers while I was speaking, which was very disrespectful & rude. When I told her that I had ordered this, she said,'I didn't hear you say that.' How could she hear me if she wasn't listening & was busy chatting with others?
