It is a very nice place with a good service, & food is delicious, we ordered soup & 2 kinds of fried dumplings, & all of them were delicious... the only bad issue was there was a noisy beeb almost all the time, even when it was stopping, after less than a minute, it was starting again & was really super annoying so maybe not a good place to eat your food inside ,
We waited in line for about 15 minutes & it was worth EVERY second. These are the best soup dumplings I've ever had!! We had the spicy pork, pork & coriander, & pork & green onion dumplings. We also had the shrimp wonton soup & pork wonton soup. HEAVENLY. You can tell this is a family recipe made with love & experience. I'd fly back to Montreal just to eat here again.
I go to this place at least once a week! Super good, & very fast service. I recommend the jucy pork soup dumplings & the lamb & coriander pan fried dumplings (perfect serving for two people). A little bit expensive but not too bad!
BEST DUMPLING PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO. These dumplings are so amazing. All for a great price super cheap & delicious. they have a cute little outdoor area. The inside is super fast paced feeling that's also a little crammed. It's often busy on Friday & Saturday so you might have to wait outside for a bit but it is ENTIRELY worth it. They have many different types of dumplings from soup dumplings which are to die for i strongly recommend the shrimp & lamb soup dumplings. They also have pan fried one super good as well. the flavours in these dumplings are perfect & if you haven't gone i suggest you get up & go right now.
May 10 2024, i was having lunch in this joint, the girl & the guy that served me where very nice. You have to try the Chicken, Pork, Beef or Vege Soup Dumplings, they are the best Dumplings in MTL. BTW the place was empty at 10:30 & suddenly when my food was ready at 10:48, restaurant was full, It was crazy seriously you gotta eat here!!!!

Clearly the best dumpling in the town. The steamed ones are unique. The pork & leak, pork, leak & shrimp & lamb coriander are the best. Same is true for fried dumpling. If you are two persons, order one steamed & one fried Dumpling. If you like pork, you can order shanghai fried buns, they are delicious. Some vegetarian dumplings are also available. For starter, hot & spur soup, wonton soups, seasoned cucumbers & many other options. If you are visiting montreal, this is a must go place
Attention les végétariens/végétaliens! Je suis végétarienne, qui mange pratiquement jamais de poisson. Étant donné qu'il n'y avait pas de « soup dumpling » vege, j'ai choisis crevettes&coriandre. À leur arrivée, je pensais qu'on m'avait servi du porc/veau (difficile à déterminer puisque j'en ai pas mangé depuis des années). J'ai aussi essayer les dumpling frit tofu&legumes & ils avaient le même puissant goût de viande! J'imagine qu'ils sont tous cuits à la vapeur ensemble, donc l'odeur des autres saveurs se propagent entre eux. Soyez avertis! Les produits goûtent/sentent la viande à plein nez malheureusement..
We got the lamb coriander, & spicy pork soup dumplings as well as the curry beef & the shrimp cabbage fried dumplings. Food was excellent, lots of flavor. Nice , quiet, relaxing place with great staff . 10/10
The best soup dumplings in Montreal! Staff is friendly & helpful. However, the seating area is small, so it's crowded quite often. Definitely would recommend the steamed soup dumplings!
Asian approved dumplings!! Inside small, patio during summer is a must. Service was oddly better than most chinese restaurants. Make reservations because line can be long. Food - The dumplings here are phenomenal, reminds me of some of the best places in Asia that serve soup dumplings & other dumplings. Wonton soup was flavourful, great umami taste & clean broth. Service - Very responsive to our needs, given we had a baby with us as well. They came to check in on us more than enough times. Food came fast & hot. They did their best to accommodate us as well since we had a baby. Vibe - Patio in the summer is a must!!!!! Get your food, chat a bit & get going! Inside is small & quaint, limited space. Authentic dumpling spot with your basic chinese decorations.
I love these dumplings. They're always so comfortings & on point, & so affordable. I pretty much always get the steamed pork & chive ones, because they're consistently good & I can be a creature of habit, but I know a lot of the other options on the menu are good too. The fried ones are also good but if you want them to be soupier on the inside, I recommend steamed.
I have eaten here three times by myself just to stuff my face with soup dumplings & other appetizers & this place has yet to disappoint in any way. I'll be back soon enough to make a fool out of myself.
