This is such a wonderful place to have afternoon tea !
I had to change my 2 people reservation, last minute , to one that included my 3 year old . They were very accommodating! They even made him a little tower with fruits & a grill cheese sandwich!
The service was great ! Everyone was kind , warm & friendly 😊
The food was so tasty with a lovely selection of tea !
I highly recommend!View more

Literally the best brunch spot in Montreal! Actually I would say the best brunch in Eastern Canada! If you have been, you know...if you haven't, you are missing out! Donna & her team make the most amazing brunch from epic eggs bene (trust me on this one!) to french toast & everything in between! & I would recommend a reservation to make sure you get in! It's an intimate tea house so there can be long line ups to get in. Thank you Donna AGAIN for another amazing brunch & can't wait to see you next trip!!!View more

Loved it! Had the whole tea service, everyone was extra kind & the food was just *chef's kiss*. We didn't feel rush to eat & leave. The scones with the choices of homemade jam is definitely a must. 100% recommend & will visit againView more
We reserved the tea room as a large group of ~20 people, & we were blown away with the service, quality & ambience. Firstly, we really appreciated the cozy, laid-back atmosphere. The food was delicious & filling, many of us had to bring home leftovers as we were too stuffed. The quality of the food was great too, the standouts being the freshly baked scones, phyllo cups & the mini-cheesecakes. Above all, the service was excellent. The waitstaff were lovely, congenial & attentive. For many of us, this was our first experience having afternoon tea, & I can confidently say that the Gryphon D'Or set the bar high! Would definitely go back in the future & highly recommend.View more
One of my favorite breakfast spots in the city. You must make a reservation because its tiny & usually booked on the weekends. The food is so good, they have great teas, & their high tea is a really nice treat for a special occasion. If youre going for brunch, I highly recommend the half & half (half eggs benedict, half french toast) - I always get the lemon curd & berries french toast because it is delicious. Also the staff are all super nice. They gave us some scones to go at the end of our brunch because they felt bad about another reservation needing out table, it was so kind (& delicious!). I could really gush about this place but its really such a gem of a restaurant.View more
First time & didn't know what to expect! Food was great especially their fresh baked scones with whiskey marmalade. Shared pictures are 2 portions which cost 60$ (30$ each) total. This included the tea of choice & scones which you can ask for more at no charge I believe but I could be wrong. They do have a brunch menu which is around 15$-20$ from what I saw. Nice selection of tea like the ginger peach & dragon green tea. They also have coffee & hot chocolate. I recommend to call & reserve as the place has only 5 tables from what I saw. Note that they don't have high chairs or boosters for kids. The only thing I find is that the table is small for 4 people but I believe it's because we got the table that was in a very tight spot & I had no arm room so I felt a little uncomfortable. I do want to say that the service was excellent as they took their time to explain & were checking from time to time if everything was okay.View more
What a gem!!! An unassuming & unpretentious little place with the friendliest staff & some seriously delicious scones. The homemade condiments were very, very tasty (as in lick the spoon) & the high tea was a nice little mix of sweet & savory. They are on my list of places to visit the next time I'm in town. The lunch combo also looked good & I really appreciated that they had several vegetarian options for guests. Love this place & highly recommend it for its cozy vibes & homemade food.View more
This restaurant is my favorite place to go in Montreal. Home made absolutely delicious food every time. So fresh & I'm always impressed. I highly recommend this cute little gem on Monkland Avenue. Sidenote: Best Afternoon High Tea too!View more
